  Es un excelente hotel !! Lo recomiendo!!! Es un segundo hogar excelente atención las suites son increíbles y el desayuno es gourmet! Ya sea para estarías largas o cortas Home 2 es la mejor opción en hotel

  Great place for a family

  We stayed in a king suite with a pull out. It was great to have the separate room. The bedding they leave for the pull out was not the greatest, but if you call down, they bring you a nicer blanket right away. The service is great. If you are there on a busy weekend, it takes a little bit to get your breakfast as there is a longer line, but they offer a pretty good breakfast and variety, even our children ate there. It great to have the convenience of a kitchen in the room. The pool is disappointing and small, it was very cold the morning we went.

  Great place to stay

  Clean quiet rooms and great staff. I would highly recommend this hotel because it is conveniently located and allows pets and has great amenities. There is a swimming pool and exercise room and convenience store. Everyone is only too happy to help you so your stay is perfect

  LOVE THIS HOTEL!

  It's taken me a long time to be able to write this review as we stayed there back in January but I really felt the need to do so! My husband and I stayed there with our two little bulldogs. The hotel was so amazing and dog friendly. Most places charge a "per night" "per dog" fee, this one is just one fee for the entire stay and for both dogs. This was actually the reason we picked this hotel. It turned out to be great. The hotel was spotless. I have never seen a hotel gym that clean. It is also in a great location if you want to hit up West Edmonton mall or some of the other cool things in Edmonton. ..the main reason that I wanted to give this review was because of one outstanding employee. I am terrible with names so I am sorry but I forgot it.. I do have her email address and her name starts with an S and last name Gutierrez. She was working at the front desk every day of our stay and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, always willing to help out. We were there for our son's hockey tournament and I had a bunch of paperwork to print. The computers were not woking so she took it upon herself to go to the tournament website and print out everything I needed. I can't even put into words how great she was every day, always smiling and happy. All the employees were great but she definitely stood out the most. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will absolutely be staying there again if we are ever back in Edmonton.

  COVID safety observed, very comfortable suites, gracious staff

  Observation of COVID practices in place everywhere. Professional and gracious front desk and housekeeping staff. In a time when many are closed, and running with skeleton crew, I have never felt safer in a hotel. Extra effort in making guests comfortable in these strange times very evident. I left behind an item in my room, prompt attention in locating and contacting me on this was very much appreciated! Exceptional cleanliness everywhere. Full explanation of what changes were made to comply fully with COVID practices, i.e. breakfast provided in different manner, housekeeping schedule changes. I was visiting Edmonton for necessary dental appointment. Safety is top concern during these uncertain times. I felt very safe, the room was very quiet. This was very important to me as I was participating in a sleep study. The king suite was very spacious and well maintained. I will be back!
