  Beautiful hotel- with some issues.

  This should have been the perfect stay- huge lovely rooms, very clean, digital key worked great. There were real black out curtains, which was awesome, and you can run a continuous fan all night and actually control the heat/AC really well which is great! Problems though: 1) our tiny dog cost $75. Thats insane. He cost almost as much as two adults and a baby cost. Its a ripoff- he did nothing but sleep. 2) Try really hard to be on the top floor. The people above us were insanely loud. And, fine. The hotel must bot have great insulation. But they were running around, moving furniture for hours. It was hell. And I was like okay as long as its over by nighttime. But at 10p it was going on and my husband and I were both woken up by it at 1am. All in all it was a frustrating experience for an Honors member. Which sucks cause it was the nicest, cleanest hotel weve been in.

  Awesome staff!

  Every interaction we had with the staff was top shelf. Anita at the front desk was always on her best game and made us all feel welcome. She needs a promotion for her work and attitude. The weight room was in great shape for my son to get his workout in a clean and well maintained gym.

  Springfield Trip

  We had a family funeral to attend in Mountain Grove. We needed a hotel before our departure trip home. We had 6 adults and 5 children. This hotel was very accommodating. Placed us all on the same floor and right next to each other. The rooms were large and extremely clean. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. We will be back for another stay on our next trip home! Thank you once again Hilton! Job well done!

  Another great stay!

  This is our second time staying at the Home 2 Suites. Both times we have had awesome service. They take great pride in making sure the guest is comfortable. The rooms have been very clean and the beds are comfy! Great selections at breakfast too. Thanks for welcoming us back. Can't wait to stay again.

  Could have been great, but....

  The staff was nice, the breakfast was very good but the "quality" of the rooms is lacking. Late in the night, folks checked in to the room next to me and I could hear everything....voices, banging of items, etc.. The next morning, I was awakened by the heavy "patter" of feet from the room above me. This is a shame as I liked the layout of the room but I can hear too much. Oh, well...
