Clean and Comfortable StayStayed for 3 nights on an extended weekend getaway to tour around Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Smyrna. This property was ideally situated to do all 3 so it worked out perfectly. We had a king suite room and it had everything we needed. They're designed for extended stays and it was more than comfortable for that purpose. Room was very clean and fresh. I can see how some people may have experienced noise from neighboring rooms as the sound proofing is clearly nonexistent, but we did not have any noise overnight and were able to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was very good and they had a number of options still available even with the COVID-19 situation. The breakfast sandwiches are really good and very convenient to grab and go. There are a number of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Super Target is just across the highway and several supermarkets are down Sam Ridley Pkwy to stock up your in-room kitchen. If you're looking for a place to stay outside of Nashville, this is a great option.

Comfortable HotelThis hotel is clean and offers basically everything you need for your stay. For it being a "suite," however, it does not offer a stove. If you want to cook something outside of the microwave, you'll need to ask the desk for a countertop burner.

Do NOT stay if you are a light sleeperI am writing this review as I cannot sleep because I can hear a person snoring in one adjoining room and the TV on the other adjoining room. The walls are paper thin! Stay somewhere else if you actually want to sleep.

A $125 charge awaits you even if they tell you it is ok to cancel. As a long-time Hilton Honors member (albeit not a platinum or diamond status), I must share my extreme disappointment with this location, and honestly, the entire Hilton company. In January, I was traveling from a trip with my family from Florida to Illinois. We had a reservation at this location. Due to an unforeseen change in plans, we then realized we should alter our plans to stay closer to home. BEFORE I MADE ANOTHER RESERVATION at a Hilton property, I contacted the Smyrna location. I ADMITTED that we were within the cancellation window, but still asked the gentleman on the phone to see if he could allow us to cancel. I was told that wasn't a problem, so we proceeded ahead and stayed AT ANOTHER HILTON property near Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. A week ago, I then see a $125 charge on our credit card. After spending an hour and forty minutes on the phone with the Hilton guest relations team, we were able to see that it was a charge for the room in Smyrna. You can imagine my surprise. During that first call, I agreed to give the hotel 3 days to contact me to discuss. They never called. So, I dutifully called the guest relations team back. I was told that because I requested a digital key and set a check in time that morning on the app negates the fact THAT I CALLED AFTER DOING SO TO CANCEL and still requires me to pay $125 for the room because it is company policy. One, I am not sure why someone from the hotel itself did not have the courtesy to contact me during the pendency of my guest relations case. Secondly, I apparently must get a sworn statement with anyone I ever speak to at a front desk so I have proof of my call. Instead, I am told the hotel has no record of my call. I have a car full of 5 witnesses who would say otherwise, but instead, the only lesson I have to share with my children here is that maybe being brand loyal isn't worth it if they don't respect you. Did I EXPECT them to cancel my reservation? No. They could have told me no. But why in the world did I move ahead and make a reservation at ANOTHER HILTON property on the SAME NIGHT if I thought I was being charged? And why wasn't I informed of this "digital key" policy that is more important than speaking to someone on the phone even AFTER I apparently requested the key. The word "disappointed" does not even begin to scratch the surface.

WARMLY WELCOMED On A Very Cold Night!*DILLON! *DILLON! *DILLON!** 5+ STAR Service and Hospitality! After 9 grueling hours driving on snow covered roads and highways, and periodic cleanings of snow from my car, how DISTINCTIVELY REFRESHING I was made to feel when barely at the Hilton Honors Tru -Smyrna, TN front desk a pleasant, resounding Hello and Welcome comes from Dillon as he observed my entrance! I thank him for his outgoing and kind greeting, which was very genuine and sincere. And despite being mentally exhausted and wanting to get to my room and plop down in bed... the gentlemans demeaning and speech was so pleasing and contagious I found myself enjoying an uninterrupted moment of upbuilding conversation with Dillon followed by a clean, comfortable and sanitized accommodation also awaiting my arrival! But Dillons reception trumped everything! And I told him: First impressions in the hospitality business are very important. And the first impression you gave me Dillon, is excellent! and memorable, I will add! Hilton Honors should be very proud and cognizant of this young mans fine representation! I wrote this at 6:25 AM to show you the impact this visit left on me, despite early morning blurred vision. Most truly Jachin B.
