    Es un hotel muy nuevo, limpio y confortable. Las camas son muy cómodas, las habitaciones muy iluminadas y los baños espaciosos. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. Las chicas de la limpieza son muy atentas y diligentes. Está bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. El desayuno es bastante pobre.

    Weekend Trip For Lonestar Throwdown

    The Home 2 Suites Woodlands was amazing! The hotel was one of the best priced in the area, close to the show we attended, and rooms were incredibly clean! Everyone of the front desk was amazing! The Woman who works overnight (can't remember her name) was great! we had some problems with one of our group members one night and she did not make a big deal out of it and was understanding after we explained our situation. We did not have the chance to try the Pool or fitness center or pool but the patio out front was a nice place to relax after a long day. Will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend to anyone passing through or staying in the area for an extended period of time!

    Will come again

    Came for a swim meet at CISD. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They worked with our group and made us feel at home. We will use again. I do wish the breakfast had more fresh fruit options but overall it was great.

    Disappointed

    Disappointed, I have been in this hotel for two weeks, we are with the covid - 19 in Texas as in the whole world, when I enter the room I disinfect everything and during the days of stay I leave the sign outside the room that says do not disturb and I don't want them to make me the bed. Cleaning or disinfecting the bedroom takes me 30 minutes. The reasons are 4: 1 cleaning, see photo attached it is two weeks that this smile is on the elevator door. 2 the kitchen dish shower works but the sink is plugged, last week it worked badly but in this room it is plugged. 3 I have a digital key, but if you leave the hotel I think after ten to enter the hotel the door does not open and you cannot use the digital key, I ring the bell and call on the phone for almost ten minutes but the night porter did not answer .... I think he used the airpods ... almost annoyed he tells me that I must have the card ... but then why does the bell and the phone exist if nobody answers? 4 I made the chekin through the app and I chose a room on the fourth floor ... on my arrival they tell me that they do not use the fourth floor, they check the state of the bedroom and they tell me that it is not clean ... In summary, little hygiene, little maintenance, little efficiency, the app doesn't correspond to reality. Positive note there is a lady at the reception in the evening very kind. Next week I will change hotels ... and the funny thing is that they advertise the cleaning on the website !!!     You can only get clean towels on a Monday

    Heres the short of it. I asked for fresh towels per the sign on the bathroom mirror, and was told that housekeeping only comes in on Mondays. Additionally, I was told I can come to the front desk and get some towels there. No one offered to bring towels to my room. It was a you want it, you come and get it. So at 7:00 pm, I came to an empty front desk and stood there for awhile. Called the number for someone with no answer. Finally found towels myself on the front desk. What has happened to hospitality? Im not too good to get myself some towels, but no effort was made at all to show any kind of hospitality. Sign on the front says if you are unhappy for any reason a refund will be given. Id love to hear from hotel management. Also, I must have not been the only one requesting towels, as our hotel hallway was lined with dirty towels outside of peoples rooms. Looks like I wasnt the only one.
