  We stayed here for soccer. Superb serice. Great location. Super comfy. Amazing customer service. Our family is satisfied. We will stay here again. No complaints. 200 characters is kind of ridiculous, no further comments

  Its not great but if you need a room they got one

  The staff are friendly but thats overshadowed by the negatives of the hotel. The lightings terrible, in more ways then one. If you want nothing more then a orange glow with the only overhead lights being by the kitchen this place is great for you. Been staying in this hotel for almost 2 months for work (not my choice to be here) and its been a frustrating experience. Yes they have washers and dryers but only three. If you want to use them you have to fight with all the other guests. Ive had my clothes in the washer left for an hour, to get groceries or exercise, and when I come back I find someones moved my clothes out of the washer/dryer before theyre done, or someone opened the machine and stopped the cycle. Ive had the breaker flip in the middle of the night and got up late for work because my alarm died (my phone died). But mostly the WiFi is terrible if you want to watch videos or stream a show you better be prepared to wait. You can pay for better internet at an incredibly high price a day for negligible improvement Internet speed range from less than 1mbs-3mbs or if you pay for their high speed internet 1mbs-5mbs I downloaded a 60 gigabyte and it took 52 hours continuously downloading. Over 2 full days. Dont even think of trying to use WiFi between the hours of 1700-2000 because nothing will load. Ive gotten a download speed of 300 kbs too often to count during this time. Often I will be connected to the WiFi and the no internet connection alert will pop up. One of the most frustrating things is that they said they were going to update their WiFi but after two months Im not hopeful. To conclude for a short stay the cleanliness and Amenities are just fine. Rooms have good space, beds pretty average. But if you plan to stay a week or more I highly discourage you from staying at this home 2 suites

  Great Experience!

  Our family stayed a week at this hotel and were very happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean. It was great that they offered free laundry facilities and the kitchenette in the room was very convenient. We stayed during the Covid pandemic and were happy with the measures taken to keep everyone safe. Will definitely stay here again if we revisit the area!

  Seriously underwhelmed

  I stayed at this hotel back in October while traveling for an event. For the most part it met all the "Home2 basics" I've come to expect and enjoy. However the customer service at this hotel was seriously lacking. Upon checking in (I couldn't check in via the app for some asinine reason it refused to let me either select a room OR assign me a room) I had to wait about 10 minutes for a desk person to appear to check me in. If it had been late I would have understood however it was only about 5pm. Then the desk person was quite brusque and short with me. Upon reaching our floor when we stepped out of the elevator we were assaulted by a *heavy* stench of marijuana. Now I realize that weed is legal in the state, however it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel so it was quite surprising to smell it that strongly at the elevator. Once we were settled into our room I had to run to the car to grab some things and politely informed the desk person of the issue, and they just shrugged and were quite "meh" about the whole thing. The next morning I got up about 8:30 or so and went to grab breakfast about 9, only to find out they'd quit serving even their grab and go breakfast despite having been assured the night before that breakfast was served until 10 am.

  Convenient on multiple levels

  If you are expecting five star service and accommodations, this place is not for you. If however, you are just looking for a quiet, convenient, comfortable place to stay, you should check it out. Pros: Medium-large room with bed, desk, small seating area, kitchen, and bathroom Black out blinds for the windows Kitchen that includes: fridge, microwave/oven, dishwasher, toaster and dishes/glasses, etc. Shower without a tub (bathtubs in hotels always seem dirty) Clean, updated rooms Clean, bright, updated lobby that felt welcoming Comfortable mattresses Decent cardio equipment and space for a hotel gym I didnt use the pool, but it seemed nice Conveniently located close to the Airport, mall, restaurants, Target Outside space with gas fire tables The young lady who drives the shuttle is super friendly, remembers your name, and always makes a point to say hello and ask you about your day if she sees you! She should get a bonus or at least some recognition for being an awesome employee. Cons: Pillows, terrible pillows They only clean rooms every 7 days (not sure if thats because of COVID or not) The pool is by appointment only Cold, bag and go breakfast only because of COVID (but you can sit in the lobby to eat) Wi-Fi was slow... really slow (maybe lots of people on it?) $10 a night parking There were A LOT of dogs on property but my room didnt feel unclean *some of the other reviews mentioned that the staff was not friendly. While they arent the most friendly hotel staff Ive ever met, they werent rude or short with me, and I never felt unwelcome.
