  Not as Promised

  Booked via the Hilton app as an HHonors member. Even though app promises free shuttle within 5 miles and no time of day restrictions, upon Check in the front desk said there was no shuttle working to get us to the airport for our 8 am flight. Had to extend my rental car another day because of their erroneous website info. Room also had dirty couch. Wont stay here again. More options nearby so go there.

  Hardworking Man's Hotel

  If you are looking for a nice, clean hotel with lots of amenities for you and your family and nice, interesting guests, this is not the place for you. You should stay somewhere else. This is a weekly stay, hardworking man's hotel. There is a curtain separating the main bed from the dingy, sofa bed and there is only 1, little TV. There is a curtain covering the closet and some extra small appliances in a narrow, narrow, dingy, half-cleaned room. The decals or stickers assuring you that the room had been sanitized according to Covid-19 standards are hit or miss and torn off the doors to some of the rooms. These rooms are not cleaned and sanitized to Covid-19 standards or even to your mom's standards. They are not. These rooms are dingy and sketchy, but the front-desk clerk, who also doubles as the maid, was really nice. It just wasn't the place for us; or our dog. I only wish there was a place for zero stars.

  Below Standards for Hilton Properties

  Stayed here for one night enroute to Florida. Checked in, and as Silver members, did not get assigned a room that honored our preferences in our profile, and we were not given waters at checkin. (We have stayed at several Hilton properties since extra COVID precautions have been taken, and had still received the waters). We went up to our room long enough to drop our things off and went back out to dinner. Upon returning, we were going to put a few things in the frig, only to find someone else's half drunk water bottle still in the door. When we went to use the Kleenex in the bathroom we found that the entire box full was wet, we are hoping it was just water, as we attempted to use a couple, so they went in the trash. There were someone else's hairs on the desk area. The front of the dishwasher looked like it had been cleaned with a soiled rag. And, we found out the hard way that the toilet paper on the roll was the only toilet paper that was provided in the room! When we checked out the next morning, I mentioned these issues to the desk clerk and was told "sorry to hear that". When I check in to a room, I expect that it be cleaned and stocked with necessary items, I should not have to be inconvenienced by having to contact the desk and wait on someone to take care of my needs. Overall, the hotel was not overly clean, and made us wonder about the accuracy of the stickers on the room doors, promising that they had been cleaned given the COVID guidelines. Also when checking out the next morning, the sprinklers were running and the lawn area outside the front door was virtually flooded, as was the parking lot, having to walk through puddles to get to our car. Overall, not a good stay, well below standards for Hilton properties that we are accustom to.

  Didn't feel physically safe

  People (I assume guests) were loitering in the parking most of the day. In the evening there were loud conversations and loud idling vehicles until midnight which could easily be heard from inside the room. Staff was not very courteous (not rude but indifferent). Going back to staying at AIRBNBs.

  Weeklong Trip - Fantastic Set-up

  Spent one week at this hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly, and they were very accomodating. I had a last minute meeting to take, and they were able to easily accomodate me into a meeting room for private meeting. Had 2 - dogs with me, and the dog run in the rear of building was easy to get to, and simplified dog-walks. Room was very clean, and my young child was able to sleep on sofa-bed with no problems. It was nice that the hotel had toothbrushes because we did forget one toothbrush. Also, the laundry on-site was easy. Would have preferred to have coinless operation, but it was so cheap @ $.75 per load, that it was fast and easy. Breakfast was yummy, and all individually wrapped for safety (COVID). All employees wore their masks, and socially distanced when interacting with me. Would def recommend, and will stay here again - no hesitation.
