  Realmente satisfecho.

  Excelente ubicacion y servicio, buenas instalaciones (pool, laundry, gym, multimedia room, wifi, patio, etc, desayuno variado. Refrigeradora y horno en la habitacion. Indiscutiblemente regresaria y lo recomendaria.

  Excellent Experience!! What a wonderful hotel and lovely staff!

  We traveled from Montana to Utah due to a family member needing a serious surgery. We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for over a week. The hotel was clean and very accommodating. The front end manager, David, met us with a pleasant demeanor and kindness. You could not ask for a better experience than we had. Thank you so very much for making our unpleasant situation so much better. We appreciated your warmth.

  NO REFUND SUBMITTED

  We booked a suite and found out when we arrived that they bumped us out of the suite and put us in a regular King room. They charged us for the suite and we were told that we would receive a credit for the difference between the two rooms. No credit. Called three times, emailed, NO RESPONSE!! Won't stay here again. Very disappointed in Hilton for their lack of response and dishonesty.

  Needs Cleaning

  The stay has been awesome as far as keeping warm and watching TV, but its definitely somewhat filthy. The floors, bathroom, and side tables always has some kind of lint and hair. The kitchen sink drain is very gross. I've come and stayed here often with my hubby while he's here for work and it's always nasty in those areas. I think the only thing they do as far as cleaning is wiping down everything with 1 rag, and then vacuuming and changing sheets and starting the dishwasher. The comforters always have some fithy spots on them and it makes me feel like I need to shower before I enter my home again. According to COVID, they sanitize the remotes but I think they need to deep clean every month instead of every year or 2 years. My kids come with us and I feel like anything they touch is nasty! The guest welcome book had finger prints on it (not a big deal but they said they "sanitized the room". The chair had spots on it that I was able to wipe off. A nasty mark of whatever is is on the comforter! Very gross! We chose this Hotel because its the cheapest in the area, but they definitely need to pick up on their cleaning. Here are a few pictures, each time we come its worse though! Other then that it's been great!

  Disappointed

  Normally would be a 4 to 5, but stayed here last month, too. Second elevator still not working. Never even seen anyone working on it. I think I understood someone to say it hasn't been working since before October. Unacceptable for an otherwise nice, mostly clean Hilton property. Reserved fitness room at check-in for both mornings. Second morning someone else was in there and they had started a new sign-in sheet, even though I spoke to two different people about the reservation. It would also be nice to have more than one option than the same boxed breakfast. Restrictions have been in place for along time and will be a lot longer--giving them plenty of time to come up with an alternative plan or other options.
