  Excelente lugar

  Home 2 suite Rochester, es un lugar para hospedarse y sentirse confortable en todos los aspectos. Una gran calidad de servicio al cliente. La calidad de sus habitaciones es muy buena, la seguridad y locacion lo hacen muy atractivo.

  Un hotel en el que te sientes a gusto

  Estoy por trabajo y por problemas en el aeropuerto llegue tarde. Y el recibimiento fue agradable. La habitación es grande y comoda. Con una cocina para hacer tus pequeñas comidas. Y una salita de estar comoda. La conexión wifi es fascinante. Y el desayuno mas que suficiente oara empezar el dia. La limpieza es buena, y el parquing fabuloso. Los servicios que da de piscina y gimnasio, aunque no los he utilizado, se ven muy bien. Sin duda, cuando vuelva por la zona elegire esta opción

  Very disappointed stay

  So i was in Rochester for a softball tournament so i made a reservation at the home 2 suites on jefferson road, Henrietta/Rochester. I am a hilton brand person because they of the high standards they represent. Also a hilton reward member. I also was a hilton inspector for a doubletree so i know the cleanliness standard they are held to. So i checked in at front desk . front desk was very polite. Answered any questions i had and sent me on my way. I stayed in room 319 a king studio suite. The moment i walked into our room i noticed right off the bat the room was not properly cleaned. Immediately noticed all of the dust in the room and as an inspector that raised a red flag to check the rest of the room. I pulled back the sheets to my bed and found hairs in the bed, stain on the pillow case. I found garbage under the bed skirt. The kitchen dishes were dirty. The pull out sofa bed had purple and red stains on it. The bathroom had hairs around the toilet and the shower. I told front desk immediately. They came to change the linen on the beds but the new mattress cover for the pull out had another stain on that one. We were promised housekeeping while we were at the softball tournament. But no housekeeping came. I was so disappointed in our room i went back down to front desk when i got back about 8:30pm and talked to the front desk lady Victoria. Whom was an absolute delight. She was very understanding and professional about my issue. She even made other accommodations for my family and i for another hilton hotel. So id like to say thank you so much Victoria, i whole heartily appreciate everything you did for my family and i. But with the covid still around i could not jeprodize my families safety and stay in an uncleaned room.

  A huge disappointment

  I am a Hilton Rewards member and typically stay at the Hampton Inn. Decided to try this hotel since it was Hilton brand. Due to Covid, checked in digitally at 10pm, which was a good thing because no one was manning the front desk. The hotel was packed with guests (which normally is a good sign but not this time) People were sitting near the outside fire pit smoking marijuana. Our room was on the first floor and several adjacent rooms were having a loud parties and we could smell marijuana in the hallways. The room had stains on the floor and was uncleanly. Didnt realize that pets were allowed(my fault for not researching) and of course there was a large dog next door constantly barking. When I finally found someone at the front desk,they said couldnt move us to another room since fully booked. We cancelled our reservation and booked a room at the Hampton Inn Henrietta/ Rochester. Quiet, clean and everything we expected from a Hilton property. Would never go back to Home2 Suites.

  Easy access to food/entertainment/medical centers!

  Stayed here overnight for an early morning procedure at URMC Sawgrass Surgical center. Hotel is easy to find, close to lots of food options and shopping plazas. Room was very spacious and had lots of amenities. Full fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Hot plates/cooking appliances available at desk. Covid precautions were evident, high touch surfaces were frequently sanitized such as elevators and front desk. Unsure about safety protocols regarding pool and breakfast, but both said were available for guests. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
