  No puedes llevar mascotas y el staff no es agradable

  Solamente el staff de servicio es excelente. El personal administrativo es intransigente y poco comprensivo. Al momento de reservar no explican que cargan 75 dólares por mascota por cuarto. Insatisfecho

  It was good, not great

  The room was nice and clean. The shower was slightly showing some signs of age. I would have given it 3.5 stars if that was an option. It was VERY close to the airport, which is what I wanted. The girl at the front desk wasn't too friendly and I didn't like that you had to use the room key to go in and out even at 4 pm. It actually made me feel less secure rather than more so. Why would you need a key to enter the lobby in broad daylight? Is this a high crime area? I will stay elsewhere next time.

  Great Hotel and Staff

  I have visited and Stayed at the Home2 the last 4 months. The rooms have been super clean. ALL the staff has been just great in very trying times. The staff works really hard to over come the Covid issues, which is great when you have to travel.

  Good & Convenient Hotel

  We spent a couple nights here & took in the sights. The staff was helpful & nice. Nothing special but it was ok. Once you close your eyes, all hotels look the same. The bed was comfortable. Not far away were the sights we wanted to see so it was convenient.

  Accused of theft (without my knowledge, they jut took my money without telling me)

  Accused me of theft and slipped a charge onto my credit card! I was reviewing my credit card statement and found a mysterious $50 charge on it. I called to ask why and was told that there were missing towels so I was charged for it. This is asinine! First, i absolutely DID NOT take anything from there. I stayed for one night during a trip through the area and literally only brought in a small backpack with me. There was absolutely no way I could have fit a towel in there. Second, were they going to tell me about this? Or just secretly place it on my card and hope that I wouldn't notice? How am I even supposed to defend myself against something like this? How can I prove that I didn't steal towels from them? Some housekeeper does a poor job and miscounts and that's my fault? Or some housekeeper that cleaned the room before me does a lazy job and doesn't put the right number in there and I'm held responsible for it? This seems extremely fishy to me. I've stayed exclusively at Hilton properties in the past for several lengthy trips (2 - 5 weeks at a time) and never had a problem before. I have even stayed at this location twice before this. But I've never had anything like this happen and NEVER have I ever had ANY hotel accuse me of theft. If you don't want to be accused of theft (and end up actually being a victim of theft in the process) then I recommend staying away from here. Or if you do stay, be extremely careful and make sure you somehow get someone to verify how many towels you have both at the beginning and at the end of your stay.
