  Has Potential!

  Did not honor AARP checkout time, front desk personnel was unaware of it, no sheets for pull out couch, random sock left on the floor from previous guest. Concept is great, all-in-all, a nice hotel. I do not like their cancellation policy!

  Not Very Clean

  I travel for work and have a limited selection of places to stay that aren't far from my business meetings. I have stayed at Home 2 Suites Plymouth 4 times now. Each time a lot is left to be desired. I continued to stay with this establishment because it is close to my business meetings and because of my loyalty to the Hilton brand. This last stay was my last. All 4 times that I stayed have left a lot to be desired. The rooms are never clean. Every room that I've stayed in has been dirty. There are always remnants of other peoples hair in the bathroom, including the shower and towels. I stayed in the King 1 bedroom and the hanging mirror had dried blood running down it wooden frame. Under the dishwasher had all sorts of crumbs. While it looks clean and presentable at first glance, a quick look further shows that attention to detail is missing and cleanliness is not a priority. It is a budget brand for Hilton, but budget brand should not mean to stay in uncleanliness. Oh, and the front desk staff don't care if you point out nuances. That's if you can find a staff person manning the desk. Staff usually aren't present and are hiding back in their little room behind the desk area. I waited 15 minutes to speak to someone the last time I was there. I can't recommend this hotel after staying 4 times with no improvements.

  Clean, Awesome coffee and great complimentary breakfast

  This hotel is in a convenient location. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. I absolutely love the 24 hr coffee available at this location. Lots of variety with the complimentary breakfast. I've stayed here twice and will stay again.

  Clean, clean, and clean

  Very clean. Comfortable beds. With a wedding group, everyone loved the sheets. Excellent coffee and light breakfast. Place is clean, staff are friendly. Would stay again. Hotel was also quiet. Nice size rooms with a large fridge as well.

  Gymnastics meet

  No complaints whatsoever. Nice staff, and clean rooms. There is a pub with wonderful food right across from the parking lot. I would definitely recommend and would stay again ! We stayed in a room that had two queen beds, sofa , tv large fridge , dishwasher and microwave. Room was stocked with glasses , coffee pot, microwave, paper towels and silverware. Thank you for the stay!
