  Super stay!

  We stayed at the Home2 Suites for 4 weeks while our house was undergoing extensive repairs. By we, I mean my wife and I, along with our dog and cat. The 2 room suite was perfect and ideally clean and comfortable. The staff was top-notch, courteous, caring and treated us like family. We enjoyed the extras, especially the pool and daily breakfast. We highly encourage anyone to include a stay here during your travels, or as temporary housing.

  Not impressed

  The first negative that happened was I know for sure I made my reservation for the Hilton Garden Inn next door. While my email confirmation did list the Home2 Suites, there was nothing in the message to make the change of hotel stand out, so I didnt realize it till after going to the wrong hotel first. Upon arrival into my room, I saw a shower when I wouldve preferred a tub. I called the desk to ask if there were any rooms with tubs available, and he said the rooms were full. Okay, that was an understandable reason. When I was in the bathroom, I opened a drawer to find hair in it along with a cap for a nose spray. I saw hair in the shower too. I wouldve asked for another room since this one wasnt clean, but I had already been told there werent any. When I used the shower later that evening, I found more hair in there that I didnt see upon first look. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was so-so. Ive seen better varieties. The only breakfast meat I remember was on a pre-made sandwich, and the directions to heat it werent clear. I burned mine but didnt want to waste food. When I checked out, I told the desk clerk about the uncleanliness of my room, and she said shed inform housekeeping to clean the rooms better. That was it. Im not even sure if she apologized. Ive received better customer service for much lesser things while staying at Hampton Inns. I wouldve expected better since within the same family of hotels.

  Good hotel, but doesn't enforce masks...

  We stayed at the hotel while visiting family in the area. The property is in a great location within a shopping plaza with several restaurants, shops and other entertainment options. My family and I felt the hotel was nice and clean. However, what turned us off about the hotel was the lack of enforcement by hotel staff to wear masks! While there were many signs warning guests of the mandatory wearing of masks, we noticed several guests walking around the hotel without masks right in front of hotel personnel and no one said anything to these guests. I understand it's rough right now with confronting people, but in order to make guests feel safe while staying there, there needs to be stricter enforcement by all staff. Like I said, other than that, the hotel was clean and was set up well during these times.

  Not impressed

  I thought I was walking into a great hotel for the evening to celebrate a birthday dinner across the street. Not even ten minutes into my stay, I decided to hop into the shower and housekeeping didnt even clean the shower. Hair from the previous guest was all over the shower. Only received 20$ off my stay. Sounds like to me they need to retrain their hotel housekeeping staff. Room #207 the night of 1-15-21

  Noise is Very bad

  Stayed Valentines Day weekend just to get away. Walls are paper thin noise in the hallways are awful. You can here the room upstairs clearly even when they are using the restroom. We stayed on the first floor people were outside your window in the middle of the night having conversations that you could clearly hear in the middle of the night. This hotel was a huge mistake
