  Estancia Home2 hotel

  Precio rasonable, comodas habitaciones, gimnacio completo, servicio de internet rapido, almuerzo bueno, las habitaciones muy limpias y buena iluminacion, estacionamiento seguro, la recepcion bastante rapida y amigable.

  Dixie Softball World Series

  With the pandemic and everywhere being short-staffed, I think this hotel did best they could. Room size was great with nice sized refrigerator and deep sink. Bed was comfortable. Towels were hard to come by (they offered pool towels) and I havent seen custodians yet (our third day here). We brought cleaning supplies with us. I guess well wash our own towels. No pool (its drained), workout room or breakfast offered. The staff thats working is friendly and looks to be doing the best they can under these circumstances

  Don't do it.

  Don't believe you are getting a room with separate living /work area, it's a curtain. You also don't have a kitchenette. You have to ask for a portable burner, if you are lucky enough to get one. The pullout bed was stained/nasty. No wake up call 3 days running, the bill was wrong. Asked to have a manager call, now on day 5 no call, even after multiple requests. No breakfast, not even a grab and go. My first stay at a Hilton property, as the Marriott was full, but it will be my last. I travel extensively, & Hilton had a chance to woo me from Marriott, but failed miserable. Take my suggestion, drive by the micro parking lot to another hotel. Very poor.

  Pleasantly Surprised

  We wound up staying at this hotel after fleeing a nightmare AirBNB. We were pleasantly surprised to find it very clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The staff was all very friendly & exceptionally helpful! While there is not really a kitchenette, it does have a microwave, deep sink & decent sized refrigerator. They do have cooktops that you can rent, but we opted to just purchase one of our own. So we were able to cook our meals and avoid two weeks of takeout. Due to the pandemic, they did not offer breakfast (also no take & go either). Our room was very clean, other than the carpet. It is in definite need of a deep clean! The mattress was firm, but comfortable. The down pillows were great! One very nice perk about this hotel is how pet friendly it is! We have a very large dog & they did not have a size restriction, unlike many other hotels we've encountered over the years. There is a small coin laundry on-site (two washers/dryers). One of the washers was broken during our stay, but we made do. Our room was on the far end, near the stairwell. So it was fairly quiet most of the time. The stairwell itself smells heavily of smoke, however, which was surprising for a smoke-free property. As noted in other reviews, the hotel is short on parking. I can imagine this would be a real issue during busy times, however there weren't many guests at the time of our stay. So we were able to easily park for the entirety of our stay.

  Charged for smoking which I did not do

  I was charged $450 for supposedly smoking in the room plus the standard room rates. I have never in my life smoked in a nonsmoking room. There was no defending myself and they charged my card without my consent. I will never again stay at the Hilton
