  Experiencia en un hotel nuevo

  Un nuevo concepto de alojamiento de la cadena HIlton. Conocia este tipo de hotel desde Mexico y ahora me lo mencionaron de este hotel atras de un Hampton Inn y me cambie a este hotel para conocerlo. Fue una buena experiencia.

  Horrible

  We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 6. Upon arrival, we found out that our reservation was canceled. The front desk acted like they had no idea how it was canceled, but after a run around it was determined that the front desk canceled both rooms with no reason or notice. Thankfully, they had rooms available. One of the rooms was DISGUSTING!!! Inside the sofa bed was the dirty sheets, towels, and washcloths from previous guests.After telling the front desk, didnt even receive an apology. Ken, the GM, thought 20,000 Hilton Honors points was enough to fix these issues. We stayed at 4 different Hilton properties while on vacation and this one was by far the absolute worst. I would never return to this property or recommend it to anyone.

  Love this place,

  I am a Hilton Honors member but have never stayed at a Home 2 Suites. Love the concept; cool slick room but oh so cool. Good use of space. Love how you can co trol your heat and air from your TV remote. I see what they are saying about the pool; half full of dirty water. Id close it off and black out the window. Not sure what they problem is. Good location especially to Casa Mexicana Very good food. I would come back to this location and this wonderful hotel

  Clean and new

  I booked this hotel thinking it was close to Memphis TN... it kinda is...30 min drive. However, it was a pleasant surprise. Our room was on the first floor and its huge! Very clean, simple and very clean. The staff was friendly and kind. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because the sound barriers are not awesome. People were in the hall and upstairs and I could hear them very well. If we stayed again, I might ask for a room on the 3rd floor. It was a very comfortable night stay!

  To start off its a complete s-hole. Walked in was overtaken by the smell of marijuana. Had been driving for 14 hours so over looked that. Go up to 2nd floor there was dirty socks in hallway. What appeared to be a party between 2 rooms. Again over looked it all. Unloaded our bags and took cart down stairs and parked and came back up. My wife was already in bed and I noticed several boogers on the wall in the kitchen area. The bed looked clean and there were stains on the floors and nasty hairs in the bathroom. The front desk was notified and agin the next morning upon check out. I also messaged the hotel through the Hilton app. I have not received a response.
