    NO PETS!!!!!!

    While the rooms were super clean and beds really comfortable, their website says they are pet friendly, but whats friendly about a $75 fee when the room was only $89 ????? haha.....might as well bought our dog their own room at a separate hotel! If you are traveling with pets choose elsewhere and save your money.

    Won't stay here again.

    King bed with uncomfortable pull-out sofa. Mattress Pad for blanket. Sign in room says to call for housekeeping service. We had to stay 3 nights. Manager Reluctantly gave me clean towels to use the 2nd day. 3rd day we requested clean towels & trash removal from our room. They refused. Surly manager said we should ask a day ahead if we want any housekeeping service the following day. Finally got clean towels later that evening at front desk. Trash bags & dirty laundry littered the halls because of lack of service. Pictures in elevators of nice breakfasts served there - that was actually not offered. Hotel using covid as excuse for very poor service.

    Great hotel, spotlessly clean, ideal for pets.

    We stayed for 5 nights with our pet dog. The hotel is new, nicely designed, and very clean. The rooms are not huge, but very well designed and nicely decorated. The extra amenities of a microwave and dishwasher were handy as were the dishes and utensils. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had a king with a little sofa and it was very comfortable for two people. The window coverings are great and can make it almost blackout. The heat/AC was individual and worked very well and quietly. If you have a pet, the situation is very nice. There are several outdoor grassy areas with pet pick up bags available. The area seems safe enough and we didn't have any concern going out with our doggo at night. There is a RV park on one side and another hotel on the other, so its fairly well lit and active. The $75 fee might be a bit steep if you're staying for one night, but for our longer stay it was perfectly fine. The outside areas of the hotel are nice and come in handy during covid restrictions. My friends from the area were able to come visit and we sat outside and didn't have to worry about spreading anything. We didnt use the indoor pool, but we did see several kiddos who seemed to be enjoying it. The nicest surprise was the breakfast food. We've all had hotel free buffets, but this was better than your average hotel buffet. The omelets, egg scrambles and brekky sandwiches where all individually wrapped for safety and were handed out by staff, not mauled by guests. If you wanted, you could heat it up in your room microwave and eat it in your room. They food was very tasty and much MUCH better than what I've had in other hotels in the past. (ok we're not talking 5 star here, but come on, look what you're paying). Point is, the food was something worth mentioning and a differentiator if I'm picking a hotel in the area. There's also food you can buy in the little shop for other times - reasonably priced. We have family in the area and we will definitely return to this hotel. Good job, Hilton.

    Opposite of southern hospitality

    ons. Continues to be short and obviously bothered by something tells me go to your room as if Im a child. When I ask for a trash bag before returning she states only if you have a mask. Again I ask for a bag, Megan rudely refuses to give me a trash bag so that I can put my smoke ridden clothes in a bag to be cleaned. Put a mask on and Ill give you a bag, all the while rolling her eyes and kissing her teeth as if shes a juvenile... Again. Im not masked for health reasons, displaced by a house fire not here by choice and Im spoken to as if Im less than human. Ive been in customer service for over 15 years, even ran my own business and have never in my life encountered someone representing a well to do establishment who has such poor communication skills. Disgusting and down right demeaning to be spoken to in this fashion. Utter disregard and disrespect. This doesnt include dog crap all over the grounds outside and on sidewalks, trash cans outside full, bags of trash sitting outside of the rooms because theyve cut housekeeping staff. Im meant to be here for two weeks to 3 months, I will be looking for different options. I hope in the future your company chooses someone to better represent the name of Hilton.

    Very good, clean and convenient

    My beefs are minor, but paying attention to guest requests would have improved my score. The hotel itself is easy to find, easy to enter, but a bit challenging to get out of, given no traffic signal at the exit and heavy southbound traffic. I requested a room away from the highway and got one facing the highway. Yes - I could have pressed it with the manager, but after a day on the road I was simply too tired to do so. And frustrated that I needed to do it. On checking out the morning desk clerk saw the issue - she asked me how the noise was and I told her frankly - not good. Would I stay there again? Probably not - I will find a hotel further from the highway, with better in/out access. The hotel was clean, staff were nice, and the room was comfortable (albeit with road noise).
