  Outstanding Hotel

  This hotel was absolutely outstanding. Brand new huge room with full kitchen. Large full breakfast and Larry Bell...was the most generous and professional host. Larry ...thank you again for taking so much pride in your work to make me feel like you genuinely cared for me as a guest. I wish all hotels were as wonderful as this one

  A Jewel of a location

  This has been one of the friendliest and thoughtful hotel hospitality teams I have encountered in a while. I have stayed in the group of hotels off SW15th before and by far this is the best display of true customer service. The hotel is clean and well kept. It is nestled in a ideal location right off the Oklahoma river bike trail. I have a great view of it from my window thanks to Lotoya. The next day when I came back to the hotel I was greeted by a wonderful voice in Nae. The mask hide most of the face yet she remembered us the next time we walked by. She even asked if I needed anything to let her know. It made a weary travel feel good and I want to thank her for that. I can tell she does everyone that way which is impressive. Phillip was nice enough to help me with the names so I could include them in this review. I also want to thank Stephanie for her good hospitality during my stay with my young son. He really enjoyed the pool which I was glad it was open. I will definitely be back here.

  Not what I expect at a Hilton Property

  Stayed here for a week and a half. Lets start with the positives first. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good price. Now for the opportunities. When I checked into my room there was an unwrapped chocolate bar on the floor. If there are many guests in the hotel getting hot water for a shower was a challenge. Coffee area left with no supplies and no coffee most days. No water in breakfast fridge. Staff spending more time on their cell phone than doing their work. Overall just ok. Not what I expect from Hilton.

  Amazing Experience

  The location of this hotel is perfect. It is just outside of downtown, but only a few minute drive from Bricktown and other popular downtown areas. The hotel is also very nice. Every room in the suite is very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
