Seems good at first, love this brand! At first it seems clean and sanitized. But, it doesn't seem like there is a lot of sanitizing going on. The morning desk clerk had her mask hanging from her ear and the breakfast buffet seemed to be "business as usual" from before the CoVID crisis. There were no gloves, no requirement to to have waffles or other items fixed for you. Folks just walked up without masks and started getting their cereal and other items. One of the sanitizer containers for customers was even empty.

$125 pet fee? WHAT??? Absolutely not worth it.Just an FYI, this fee is NOT listed on their website, or any other hotel booking sites. Don't get trapped. Hilton, I don't care how snooty you think your hotels are. When you charge $89/night for the room, you feel like you got a great deal. When you see the $125, non-refundable pet fee when you're exhausted after a full day of driving, you have no place else to go, and your room is non-refundable, you feel like you've been scammed, robbed, however you want to put it. What a sham! Sham on you Hilton! My dog is fabulous and doesn't make a mess and we are super clean people. You don't dog-sit, bathe, or even give my dog a pedicure, but you want $125... plus your room fee? You're not providing a service. This is ridiculous and you're not worth it.

Good Location For Locals During An Ice StormWe had a shocker. In October, our area suffered a massive ice storm through the State of Oklahoma. Our city was not the exception. Our home was without power. The temperature dripped below 30 degrees. It was cold. My wife and I opted to stay in a hotel. The Home2 Suite was the best option for us. Hotel representative was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly. We stayed in Room 322, which was a large studio with king-sized beds and one bathroom which included a full size frig. The hotel amenities included complimentary Wi-Fi access. A full complimentary breakfast was also provided in the Covid-19 prevention manner. The breakfast was good. The hotel was a great location in this time of an emergency. The employees were kind and consideration. I would recommend this location for the excellent location and price.

Pet friendly shakedownOn a cross-country move with our small goldendoodle, my husband and I were so pleased by our experience at Home2Suites in Roanoke Va that we decided to choose Home2Suites for all of our stops. The one in Nashville was even more pleasant. Then we got to Midwest City, OK where we discovered at checkin that we would have to pay a pet fee of $125 (for a room that was costing $101). I was not informed of this fee when I made the reservation and it was not included in the reservation confirmation. Is this what pet friendly means? We left and found a room elsewhere. No more Home2Suites, thanks to this experience and the policy of franchise owner Manish Patel.

Best Stay EverThis hotel is absolutely beautiful. The cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed in. They have a gym, an indoor pool, a nice outside patio with a bbq grill and fire pit. We had a king suite with a large tv, full size fridge, microwave sofa bed, free WiFi and a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big and immaculate. Room 330.
