  Excelente atencion, el cuarto y las instalaciones muy comodas y muy bonitas, me encanto que acepten perros y los tratan muy bien. La cocina y los utencilios funcionaban todos bien. La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena ya que queda cerca de todo.

  Usually great, but COVID disinfecting questionable & staff not wearing masks despite website saying they would

  We stay at this hotel multiple times a year as a halfway point on traveling to and from home/relatives. Great location, great hotel, and without COVID, I'm sure this would have been great, but tonight was different because of COVID. We chose this brand hotel because we are diamond members and we use our points to stay at places we felt would have a higher standard of care. The lack of any guidance from the hotel on suggested social distancing was what was very surprising (but for floor stickers by the elevator that were ignored by all but one girl we saw and us.) The only sign was an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet that was taped on an automatic door that opened when you are around 5' away. It was completely useless. The only staff member wearing a mask was halfway over oner ear hanging down. There was a softball tournament with families who do not believe in the COVID virus. Social distancing was not happening and we were looked at like we were crazy. We are both older and it was simply outrageous. There were stickers on the floor by the elevator and stickers on the doors to rooms & remotes that related to COVID disinfecting. However, the end table by the sofa and stand under the phone clearly had water marks from a cup of liquid. We cleaned it up with wipes we brought and we disinfected all things we touched based on what we observed. We felt that it was near impossible for those surfaces to have been wiped because it came off when we cleaned those areas. Despite the stickers on the floor the elevators, a large group tried to get into the elevator with us. We asked them to wait for the next elevator, but they persisted on holding the door open and they were puzzled as I blocked the doorway. We had to actually tell them that we are older and were asking for social distancing, then they stopped pushing trying to hold the door open to board the same elevator with us. A sign by the elevator would have been more visible to remind those who do not believe in the precautions that they are in a public place and just maybe they should respect others. At another location of the Home2Suites we stayed at in late March, on the North side of Nashville, the hotel had a large sign about 48" high and a large poster sign at the front desk on a stand that was very obvious to all that encouraged social distancing to RESPECT OTHER GUESTS, and that was the complete opposite of how we felt here tonight. It was rather disappointing. To put the icing on the proverbial cake was the condition of the room. Hairs in the sink, hairs on the tray on the counter with face cloths. Just down right awful conditions on cabinets of the kitchen area. We showed photos to the front desk and while apologies, it was horrifying to know that we were in a room that likely had a sticker on a remote, towels thrown in the bathroom and a sticker on the door. Staff admitted it was hard right now with not enough staff to properly clean the rooms. I nearly fell over. It was likely the most shocking thing in a hotel that we've ever experience in light of these conditions. Simply horrifying and shocking.

  Late arrival, short stay

  Arrived at 3 AM very handy electronica check in and electronica door lock through your phone didnt have to go to the front desk checked out with that fencing on the front desk Very convenient during this time of Covid, always happy with Home to Hilton did not stay for breakfast was up and left early

  Feanklin, TN Visit

  We were in Franklin TN for the Chihuly Exhibit at Cheekwood Garden. This hotel was perfect! Very clean and great staff. Individually packaged items are available for breakfast. Restaurants are within walking distance. Masks were required in the hotel. Special thanks to Josh at front desk for his friendliness and helpfulness.

  So dirty

  Got to the hotel to find our room dirty. No clean seal on the door and the bare cleaning minimum done. Went to the front desk to switch rooms and the second room was even worse. Dirty floors, stains on comforter and hair on sink and toilet. During Covid this was unacceptable. Horrible options for breakfast as well. Would not recommend at all. Not a hotel chain we will ever stay in again.
