  Amenities are NOT as advertised.

  First, there is NO free breakfast due to the COVID issue. Second, there is NO coffee in the lobby unless it is during daylight hours. If you get any at night it is old, cold, stale. I've been here for two weeks and the bed has not been changed once. It's iffy getting towels and trash taken out. I know this sounds like a crappy review, I actually like the place. It's head and shoulders ABOVE the Holiday Inn I-10 West, across the road.

  Do not stay here, specially during the pandemic

  I was driving from florida to vegas and had to stop in mobile al. July 26, 2020. This hotel was close to the freeway and even when there were several hotels, I picked this one because I thought it would be better being a hotel by Hilton. First I had to ask the clerk at check in to please wear her mask, and also noticed she was not disinfecting her hands after other transactions with customers and Customers where not wearing masks either. The worst was the room, The carpet was dirty and the shower was gross. There was old grime on the walls, big dried up drops of what I hope was shampoo on the walls of the shower and luckily had flip flops with me because I wouldn't step on the shower floor which was filthy (even when I sprayed Clorox on the shower walls and floor - which I had with me due to covid). Breakfast was half a bagel with some king of dried up cheese on top and the person handling it was not wearing a mask. I definitely would not stay here again or trust that hotels by Hilton would be bette

  Worst hotel ever!!

  My sister called this hotel and made a reservation for room cause of hurricane sally. Little did we know, when my parent got there..the rude ass lady at the front desk gave our room away!! What a joke! And when I asked to speak to the manager,her rude ass hung up on me. Smh me and my family are not going to let her get away with it. We will get in touch with the manager and cooperate!

  Go stay at a Howard Johnson instead.

  Reserved a room for the night for me and my family. After told they would have a rollaway bed I was rudely informed that they do not. The pull out bed was filthy and had hair on it and had no bed linens. Tried to turn the TV on and it was broken. Went to use the dishes and they were filthy with crusty old food still on there. Then I went to take a shower and the door would not close completely. Once in the shower I noticed pubic hair and what appeared to be blood or something on the wall. I called and advised the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. On top of all this the door had the sticker stating it was clean and sanitized due to COVID protocol.

  Canceled hotel room with NO NOTICE

  I flew in in from Houston very late on a Friday to find out that they over booked and moved my room to the Hampton Inn. After walking down the street with no car, found out there is no room available at the Hampton Inn. The manager apparently tried to call to inform me but I never received miss call, voicemail, or email at least explaining the situation. Do not stay here if you work in offshore oil and gas!!!!
