  Cerca aeropuerto de Cleveland ,las habitaciones son cómodas,el desayuno es buenísimo,es dog friendly,en la habitación hay doble cortina para la oscuridad ,no tienen BeIN Sports como parte de los canales de TV

  Very displeased with management and stay

  My stay started off as an unexpected trip for a very serious family emergency. I booked two rooms. On the second night another family checked in with small kids and they were allowing the kids to run around in the hallway past 1 am!! We did complain to the manager and this continued through the second night!! Then two days after we had checked out I got a charge for $200 for a hole in the wall!! I called the manager immediately and asked her to please send me a short video walking into the room to show me the room number (to verify their mistake) and to show me the damage. She told me that she couldnt do that! She emailed me three pictures of the same thing of a hole in a wall and she told me it looks like someone punched a hole in the wall. I explained to her that my two sisters were staying in that room and neither of them were even capable of doing that if they wanted two and that when we left there was NO DAMAGE! She told me that it was too late and she had already sent it to their corporate office and she wont change the charge. I reminder her that there was banging in the walls from the other family in their rooms That we had complained about and for her to please verify that she didnt make a mistake. She refused and said Their stay had nothing to do with yours. She was completely unprofessional. I am immediately contacting their corporate office and the building owner. I have already canceled 54 rooms and a meeting room that I had booked at the Hilton University in Charlotte, NC. I explained to their sales rep that I refuse to do anymore business with their company and that she can reach out to the Home2 in Middleburgh to ask them what is going on. If you want to avoid this type of headache and getting charged for bogus damages that werent even yours, dont stay here. Stay at a Marriott.

  2 Nights of No Sleep and Extra Charge

  Ive never been more disappointed at a hotel. On paper, it looked great. Ive stayed at many Home2 Suites with no real problems. We had to tolerate two nights of loud, kept-us-awake guests on our floor and despite calling the front desk several times, nothing was taken care of until after the second night. After checkout, we received a $200 charge for a hole in the wall that was absolutely not from us. Unlike some of the people they allowed on our floor, were actually responsible members of society and would never damage property. I wouldnt have even written a review based on how the party people were handled if it werent for the erroneous charge for the mysterious hole that appeared after we left. I would not recommend this place and am so disappointed.

  Nice hotel

  Very nice, staff friendly, and helpful. Even with COVID-19 they still were able to provide breakfast and rooms very clean. Ample parking, pool is currently closed but thats okay! Will stay again my next time in C town.

  Dont spend your money here. Better options in Cleveland.

  I checked in with some girl at the front desk and she wasnt wearing a mask. When I asked her about it she laughed and said do you really think they do anything I was pretty upset. I understand that it may not for many, but I survived cancer and am at high risk of getting ill. Im just trying to do my job so I can support my family. Very unprofessional.
