  Not up to Hilton Standard

  I'm a Diamond member (which means I stay regularly with many of the properties in the Hilton portfolio). I stay with Hilton exclusively, in part, because of their high level of service and consistency of cleaning across their properties. After a 9 hour trip from SC to PA, we were told that the Hotel had 1, yes only 1 room available with 2 Queen beds for my daughter and I. The explanation was that because of Covid-19, the cleaning staff only cleans a few of the rooms at a time and does not work everyday if the hotel is not near capacity. Room 203 had dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, mold in the fridge, food on the counter, and human remains in the toilet. We reported this to the front desk and took a few pics. Because there were no other rooms available, we were left to find accommodations elsewhere at 8pm a night. Not Home2 Suites best day and not up to the Hilton standard, not even close. We used points for the night and did get those returned eventually, but it wasn't easy to ge them returned. Given the issues with Covid-19, Hilton management and Housekeeping should be checking and double checking to make sure ALL rooms are clean and sanitary. Someone in Housekeeping clearly dropped the ball regarding cleaning on this day, and management dropped the ball by not checking and double checking to ensure the rooms are ready. Not having a few extra rooms cleans in a separate issue in of itself. On a positive note, Luis and Eve from the front desk staff were amazing. They did all they could to help. Hilton is lucky to have them.

  Loved it!

  Booked a night during a visit to local college. Beds were comfortable, room was immaculate, front desk staff were great. We are Diamond Club members and thought it was terrific! Highly recommend and if our daughter chooses the local college, wed definitely choose to stay here again.

  3rd Stay at a Home2 Suites: I am Hooked

  Reasonable priced. I like the room size,layout and the concept of this hotel. Room is spacious and would be perfect for an extended stay. The breakfast layout (even with Covid restrictions) was very nice as were the common areas. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Check in, room key and checkout was all digital.

  Hilton Does It Again!

  Recently stayed here for three nights as we were hiking nearby. The hotel far exceeded our expectations in all regards. The accommodations were wonderful - room, gym, laundry, breakfast, and staff! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Furthermore, all Covid-19 guidelines were followed and we felt more than comfortable being here. Thanks Home2Suites for another great visit. We would highly recommend.

  Good Hotel, could be better!

  I came with my husband while he was in PA on business. Due to COVID I was pretty much in our suite all day.There was a lot to like about this hotel but some things, not so much. The pros: it was super quiet (on the top floor at least), nice gym, comfortable bed and pillows, nice that there was a sheet, blanket and quilt not just a duvet and sheet, they would supply a hot plate if requested, good size refrigerator, dishwasher, good shower pressure. The staff was very helpful and kind. The cons: they go to a lot of trouble to tell you they clean and sanitize and even put a seal on the door. See the pics to see what was found in the bathroom, very gross! It made me very doubtful that it was really clean. There are no instructions on how to run the electric shades and it took me days to figure it out! (Maybe Im just slow?)
