  En nuestro road trips desde San Francisco a Fort Lauderdale tratamos en su mayoría quedarnos en hoteles de la cadena Hilton por su servicio, lo acogedor, moderno y sus buenas ubicaciones y este no fue la excepción.

  Bien situado y sus alrededores con restaurantes a pie y supermercado también. Es seguro y limpio con amplio parqueo su personal es amable el desayuno es practico y variado Los cuartos son amplios con todo lo necesario para trabajar o ddescansar

  Little Rock Location pretty Disapointed

  We love Home to Suites normally. Our company travels for business a lot and this is our hotel of choice. We stayed at the Little Rock location this time and I was very disappointed. The rooms were clean and the night staff was great! However, they have the ac programmed to run on fan from 2am to 5 am. We woke up sweating every night of our stay. The morning staff was not very friendly and the coffee was always cold. The outside amenities were not as nice as other Hiltons we stayed at but I think the ac issue was the biggest problem. Everyone in our party felt the same way. The South Bend Indiana location got 10 plus stars from all of us so maybe we are just spoiled but for 600$ for 4 days we expected better. Kelly at the desk night time in Little Rock was AMAZING thats the best thing I can say about this location.

  Awesome!!

  As I'm reading other peoples reviews...I'm shocked!!! This has to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!!! They are constantly mopping, wiping things down. Our room smelled so clean when we got there! The staff was amazing!! We were in town because my sister-in-law was hospitalized with a brain bleed. They knew our situation, even fixed a tray of coffee for my Mother-in-law and her sisters. They would always ask how my SIL was doing. So sweet. I loved Josie and Kelly. They were precious. The staff always had their masks on. I came downstairs one evening with mine pulled down (not on purpose) and Kelly asked me politely if I would pull my mask up. And I did. I would highly recommend this hotel. We even talked about taking a vacation after all this stuff is over and we know exactly where we'll stay!!!!

  Let me start by saying that I am a hotel snob. I typically pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for a hotel room (depending on its location around the world). I consider this chain to be low budget. Yet, no matter how much I pay, I rarely get the level of cleanliness that I am seeking. Needless to say, I was petrified getting a hotel in the era of Covid. I have now stayed at 4 hotels during this pandemic, and 3 of them didn't fail to disappoint! And if a cleaning staff wasn't good pre-pandemic, they probably aren't good now. That said, this was my first time staying at the Home2 Suites (ever). During Covid, I have literally been taking my Lysol/Clorox wipes (yes, I actually still have these brands) to do my own wipe down of the room. However, when I got to this hotel, the first thing I noticed was that they had used ink pins soaking in disinfectant! How odd I thought? Why not just let folks keep the pens? Then I noticed the elevators were marked that only TWO at a time could enter. Then, when I got to my room--lysol in hand--I noticed a sealed sign on the door to indicate the room had been cleaned/disinfected. I broke the seal and entered the room ready to start my major wipe down. To my surprise, this room looked brand spanking new (even though I think the hotel is a few years old). I think it was the cleanest room I ever had...and I've paid thousand of dollars for some rooms! Whoever cleaned this room cleaned it as if their own life depended on it!! Everywhere I went to wipe was sparking! If it wasn't so late when I checked in, I would have hunted this housekeeper down to hire her personally!! Great job Home2 Suites! I don't know if all of these hotels are like this, but I was definitely impressed with this one! Stay away from the Residence Inn down the road from here. That place was the worst!!
