  Gente cansada de los clientes

  Una mañana baje tarde al desayuno (media hora antes de cerrar) y no había nada. Solo platos sucios. Hoy bajo y tampoco hay nada. Me dirijo a la persona del front desk y me indica q ella no se encarga del desayuno. Quien se encarga del desayuno???? Pues resulta que no están. Le pregunto para q venden la idea del desayuno incluido si no lo van a ofrecer?????? Definitivo me la pienso en volver. El hotel está limpio. Apto para familias grandes. Para temporada alta consigan personal con ganas de trabajar. No con ganas de dar malos tratos al cliente.

  Noisiest motel

  I have stayed at numerous motels and this is the only review I have written. The motel is beautiful and spacious. However, this is my fourth night and its after midnight. The people upstairs apparently have children who yell and play including jumping until early morning. Who can sleep through that! Its every night! I have five more nights of this. I can hear the people next door but it's not enough to interrupt my sleep. I have to return again next month. I will be staying elsewhere. I also have to make an extensive trip in October and will seek other motels. The soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired.

  Thomas the Night Audit!

  Had a last minute booking for my bby sister and her little family. As a big sis I told her that I would book her a room (thank goodness for Hilton honors I got POINTS lol) just for them to rest up before continuing the drive down south. I called the hotel and spoke to Thomas because at that time I could not book a room at all on the Hilton app or the website. I even called Hilton honors number and the diamond desk and NOTHING! Thats why I talked to Thomas directly. I told him I found out that the Hilton systems were down and if he was able to help me. Instead, it was weird when talking to him I was able to book a room while talking to him and he says he will check my family in when they get in. My family arrived and were super pleased! Thank you so much Thomas! Keep up the great work :)

  Clean and pretty room!

  We stayed here for one night. The staff was very friendly, the room was big and very clean and the breakfast was pretty good. We stayed in several hotels on our trip and this was my favorite mostly because of the room size and I liked the colors decor inside the rooms- cool and relaxing. We are a family of five and stayed comfortably in one suite. I would definitely stay here again if in Las Vegas!

  Great stay / close to airport

  This is a very clean and quiet hotel. Staff was very friendly. I loved the individual pieces of wrapped fruit in the lobby. The room was very high tech which was kind of fun. Not the usual light switches. My hubby loved the work station and chair. Room was very nice. We were only there for one night as we were flying out the next day. We could have been quite comfortable there for many days. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast was plentiful. They made the waffles for you and poured your coffee. There was also plenty of other breakfast food to choose from. Because of covid the airport shuttle was not running. However this location is less than 10 minutes from the airport and our GPS got us there taking city streets which was great. If you feel you have to stay close to a casino there is one less than 5 minutes away next to a Bass Pro Shop. We would stay again!!
