  Not What We Expected From a Home2

  My husband and I fell in love with the Home2 hotel chain after a stay in San Antonio, Texas; so we booked another one for a night on a road trip through Las Cruces. Not the same experience at all. The Las Cruces location was dirty and loud. The location is right next to the highway so you can hear the traffic. We had to run the AC fan constantly while we slept in order to drown out the traffic noise. The carpets and elevator were dirty. The walls are thin, and the hallways echo so the sounds of people are amplified. Plus the bathroom here was much smaller than in San Antonio. The bathroom door barely cleared the toilet, and the shower was much smaller. That surprised me. Why isn't the chain consistent? We wouldn't recommend staying here.

  Awesome stay

  We stayed just for one night but felt so safe, the price was great and we where met by friendly staff. We like the sanitation seal on the door and the room was beautiful and clean. We have two dogs and where able to stay on the bottom floor to accommodate their old age needs. We were so impressed weve made another reservation for our trip back home.

  So so

  As said from a previous review, this bathroom was TINY, and yes, outside noise was an issue. Was very disappointed in the chain to fall into the Covid narratives. You couldnt sit ANYWHERE, food was so limited it was a waste of time, although it was more than we got at the Home2Suites in Champaign, IL. Coffee was COLD when we got there Saturday at 4, and only Luke warm when I went down at 6:05am for coffee on Sunday.

  Excellent

  Stopped in Las Cruces on our way to Arizona and stopped at a home2 suites. The process of checking in on the app and getting a the electronic key was so easy! The room was amazing clean and the staff was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again!

  Just one night but not great

  I needed a hotel for the night in Las Cruces and I checked all the reviews from here, google and hotels.com they had pretty good reviews with just a few bad ones. So I decided to book it. First room I get to has some green bug on the floor and a hair on the bathroom counter..Im not a complainer and cant think of any bad reviews Ive ever written I checked the bed and was like ok its clean I can make do for one night... after of laying in bed for 3 hours listening to whoever was above run back and forth every 5 mins I decided to go downstairs and ask if something could be done. I had been traveling all day and was so exhausted... customer service guy was nice and apologetic he said the room above me has a big dog he would try and call them.... they didnt answer so he asked what would I like to do.. I said I guess a new room he obliged very nice about the whole thing.... I got in the new room what is on the counter and food on the floor.... again the bed seemed clean so I just sucked it up for one night... I do know however I wouldnt stay here again because how did 2 rooms miss a hair and another miss a piece of food.. pictures attached of the second room I didnt bother with the pics of the first room.
