  Alojamiento agradable en Idaho Falls

  El precio algo elevado pero la habitación , limpieza y la calidad del desayuno eran excepcionales. El personal era muy amable y eficaz. El hotel era muy nuevo y moderno y estaba en un entorno muy bonito.

  pleasantly surprised - first time at this hotel brand

  The hotel room itself is large and has a small kitchenette and sizable living room area. Good black out blinds. There is a good sized gym and pool and hot tub area. The only downside is they only let one family use the large pool area at a time and you can only reserve when you physically check in. One lone guy reserved right in front of us and used one corner of the hot tub while our family of four couldn't use it as the rest of the day was booked. After three days of hiking in Yellowstone we were really looking forward to the hot tub and selected this hotel for this amenity. Given the size of the pool I would think they could allow more than one person.

  Dingy & Worn Out

  This hotel is not modern or clean. If you are used to the high standards of Hiltons I would not recommend. Apparently it is a very dog friendly hotel which is apparent by how beat up everything is in the rooms. All the walls in our rooms had tons of marks on them, the floors were sticky and under the appliance which you could see from the bathroom were very dirty. The mirrors were very streaky and there were fingerprints/handprints all over the TV. The lobby and other areas look nice but once you get into rooms it was a disappointment. Its a very worn in hotel for how new it is. The staff was very friendly so thats good!

  okay-good

  we stayed during coved-oct 2020 we stopped here so we could visit Yellowstone the service is good the breakfast is so so TH KITCHEN IS EXCELLENT TH BATHROOM BIG AND CLEAN FULL ROOM AMENITIES the reason I give 3star is THE BED IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

  Awesome in all respects!

  We travel a lot and have stayed in many many hotels. This stay was superior in many ways. First of all after signing onto the app & checking in, our assigned room had the previous people still there. The gal at the desk gave us a room per our requirements and it was even better! The door was taped showing. clean. The design of the room made so much sense. There were long shelving units as well as a desk to put our belongings on. With Covid we have more baggage than normal. We had a box with breakfast items, a cooler for drinks and snacks for the car ride, 2 suitcases and backpacks. We were able to put all this gear on a shelf not the floor. In addition there was a full size refrigerator with a freezer to restore our ice for our cooler. I can go on about staff cleaning luggage racks, handles, etc. this was one of the first hotel rooms that actually makes sense. AND it was absolutely quiet!!!! Fabulous!!
