  Barbaro este hotel la ubicacion no es centrica pero estas frente a un centro comercial Aca todos se mueven en auto Muy grandes y completas las habitaciones y excelente atencion El desayuno es algo escaso y muy de USA Vale la pena

  Nice hotel, clean, free continental breakfast. I loved the shades that close to keep out the light and to keep the room dark. The inclusion of plates and silverware in the room and a large refrigerator was awesome.

  Great customer service

  I was so pleased with the customer service of the employee of Home2Suites by Hilton Houston Stafford. I was especially impressed with Danielle. She was able to quickly and cheerful give me a great experience!

  Glad to be Stranded Here!!

  We were stuck in Texas due to the February 2021 winter storm, so we were so thankful that we had this wonderful hotel to stay while we were stranded in TX. The staff was amazing I especially adored the Manager on duty, she was attentive, kind and flexible with us as our plans changed. As one can imagine, it is stressful not knowing when you will be able to go home and being stranded with no food or clean clothes, the staff here were so very kind and compassionate when I approached the desk crying asking to extend another day. During the storm there were several people without heat, electricity or running water, but this hotel was able to maintain heat and electricity throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, which is a big deal to a germ a phobe like me. The furniture in the room seemed newer and was in great shape. There was even a full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher in our room! There is a great gym with several types of machines. There is a laundry room on site inside the gym area that we had to use, it was free for guests to use, they even gave us complimentary Tide laundry detergent! The laundry machines worked well and were also very clean. Because of the winter storm food was scarce, but the sundry shop did have some snack items available, bottled water was always stocked, which was important during the boil water notice that was issued during our stay. Although complimentary breakfast is offered, the choices for breakfast were very limited due to lack of supply during the winter storm, that said, the Manager did offer us what they had outside of breakfast hours when we couldn't find food. Another thing that is very important to me while staying in a hotel is safety, staff never said my room number aloud and our room door locks worked properly, exterior doors remained locked and required a key for entry. The housekeeping staff were so great and super kind as well we always had clean towels and toiletries were always stocked. I worked at a hotel for several years and can say that I haven't been this impressed with a hotel and staff for quite some time! Great job to everyone working here I will stay here again and recommend to any and everyone looking for a hotel in this area hands down!
