  Great hotel

  Excellent staff and very clean hotel. Really nice location. Wonderful accommodations. Would highly recommend. Didn't have a chance to use the outside amenities, but would have loved to. Really nice outdoor pool and patio area with two grills

  Not to Hilton Standards

  We stayed here for a night on our way to the beach. Check in was easy with the app and our electronic key worked except one time in the morning. The bed was okay, but not great. There was a lot of noise from people in other rooms (above mostly) so we had to call the front desk (They took care of it) The major issue was with the bathroom pocket door, it was stuck open! I am an early riser and my wife is not and this made it impossible for me not to disturb her. There are other cosmetic issues in the bathroom that shows that no one was paying attention when this place was under construction. We only saw this one room, so thats all I can speak about! The TV was unwatchable because all channels were pixelated and paused constantly. They didnt provide the normal perks for a diamond level member either! They said they stopped doing that during the corona virus; I think it is simply to save money!

  Excellent suite, staff & breakfast

  Out suite was on the top floor as requested and very large & comfortable. There was plenty of workspace for computers, a couch and even a 4' rolling table for dining. We easily exchanged towels and coffee supplies with housekeeping without them having to enter our room. Breakfast was fabulous with various wrapped egg sandwiches or scrambled to be heated in the microwave. Cereals, juices & coffee were plentiful and even a waffle maker. Overall, it was a GR8 option when visiting with various family.

  Make sure you check how they bill you

  We booked a room for clients displaced by hurricane Zeta on October 30. After a terrible experience at the Gulfport Home2 we asked our clients if Hattiesburg would work. They said sure. We called and sure there was availability and then on their advice booked through the app so we could add our guests names. Well we wanted to use points which they did. Along with charging us for the room also. I think we can all agree that while the Home2 is nice its not 60,000 points and $360 nice for 2 nights. We have been trying to resolve this for months!!! We reached out to Hilton Honors and the hotel directly.

  Awesome hotel in Hattiesburg MS

  Definitely the Hilton hotels with your Home2 Suites line is a best option for your stay! Good price, breakfast, wifi and parking free! Its a extension of your house with complete kitchen with silverware, plates, etc
