ViajeEn lo personal a mi no me gusto para nada el que a la hora de desayunar no sea en un room aparte todo junto con la reception super incomodo por eso les doy una evalucion de 1 .Solo me quedaria ahi nuevamente porque aceptan mascotas no me quejo por la limpieza porque en verdad estaba muy limpio el cuarto y el precio aceptable.

Not Covid-19 complaintMy husband and I are in our 70s and are traveling from Texas to Florida. We rode the trip I two and spent the night in Gulfport. We chose a Hilton because they allegedly have a program in conjunction with Mayo Clinic to make the hotel as safe as possible. This hotel does not do that. All the guests that we have seen are not wearing masks and the front desk is not telling them anything. The room is supposed to be sealed.tonshow that it was cleaned and no one has entered. The seal was taped to the room number and the room was not sealed at all. A big disappointment.

Best place in GulfportI stayed at the Home2Suites Gulfport, I10 on Nov. 6, 2020 Check in: Fast, no issues. Covid: Most guests masked. Staff was masked. Generally, the rural parts of any of the states (I just drove through 15 states) are less mask compliant. Travelers be advised. Room: clean, bed comfortable and everythin worked. One room suite with full kitchen was terrific. Food: During covid, not many options, but not hotel's fault. Would likely stay here again. Highlights: None, but close to the interstate and restaurants.

Felt like a rollercoaster rkdeWe had another hotel booked for Thanksgiving week that was damaged during the hurricane. We booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool which was perfect for our kids. After driving 13 hours, that was a false advertisement. Not a single staff member saw a problem with saying they had an indoor pool. They said someone was trying to fix their site. I was even asked if I called the hotel to confirm. Why would i call a Hilton to confirm your advertisements on your own website are correct? Our room appeared to be clean, but throughout our stay, we found trash under the bed and kids fake fingernails in drawers. Theres a note on the door about wearing a mask, but none of the guests wore theirs and nothing was ever said. We didnt get housekeeping service and one time we went down for trash bags & fresh towels, to which we were told we could only have small garbage bags and someone else had to go up to get our used towels to receive clean ones. Our only highlights of this place were that its close to a lot of things, they did have multiple options for breakfast given the circumstances, and the guy who is there at night was incredibly kind. The service here definitely isnt what you would expect from Hilton and would recommend exploring others options for your stay.

Half way between Austin and Savannah.Always our go to stop over. Nice breakfast and always as expected. This time my digital key was not working (just delayed). Robert at the front desk as great. Not over the top in your face , but very caring and genuine. He helped us out and provided our gold level snacks. Very positive and up best and patiently explained what had changed due to COVID since our last visit. We have stayed here many times. Bart Nice hotel. From the Chagnons.
