  Clean and Convenient

  This hotel is in a good location on Main street. You can park your car once and walk to anyplace you would want to. The room was much larger than I expected. It is set up like a very nice efficiency. Good kitchen area with a good size fridge and freezer and microwave. A good work area, places to put things so nothing is on the floor. Great bed and bathroom area. Very well set up. The breakfast they offer is free, but not very much to it. But you are minutes away to walk to all of the great downtown places to eat! Service was very good!

  Great room layout

  We really liked this hotel. The rooms were large with a great layout that included a sofa, two possible desk areas - one with a rolling table that could be rolled up to the sofa to allow a family to eat comfortably together. This is particularly good during covid-19 since take out is much safer than eating in restaurants. The only surprise for us was that the hotel was valet only. It was at no charge but we had not been prepared for this in advance. Also, we chose this hotel because it is in easy walking distance to the Bon Secours Arena. We were attending an event there and had planned to put our luggage in the car after checkout but leave the car at the hotel. The valet probably would have brought the car for us to do so and return it, but instead of asking for that when we were clearly checked out we just moved the car to a parking garage. Since the event (graduation) was socially distanced and the arena was not near capacity parking was plentiful. Breakfast included several heat and serve sandwich options which is better than most hotels are offering during the pandemic. We also loved being in downtown Greenville and enjoyed walking around. We saw an unusual number of dogs in the hotel so it must be pet friendly. Fortunately we did not notice any pet odors and there was a large dog next door to us but we did not hear it.

  Great location

  This is a great location for events at Bon Secours Wellness Arena and Main street. You can park and walk everywhere. The room was comfortable with a seating area and kitchen. We were 3 adults and had enough room. A family may feel more crowded. We were able to get a good rate through the Hilon site and it was well with it. P.S the staff we encountered were all great.

  Major Communication Problems at the Front Desk

  I booked a room for my daughter and granddaughter for dance competition weekend as a gift. I called the day I was to check in and talked to the manager. I told her that I would be responsible for the bill and that I was paying. I said I was HH member and to bill to the card on file. She had me confirm the card number and said she would make sure check in person was aware. My daughter showed up around 10pm with a 5yr old, 3 month old and 2 bags. Unbeknownst to her they proceeded to charge her card for the 2 night stay, and watched her struggle with her kids and bags without offering any help. A guest saw her struggling and helped her out. The next day, she called me because her card had a $350 hold. I called and spoke with the desk person. He reversed the charge and proceeded to charge my card. We now had 3 charges pending for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately, the charge on my daughters card stayed pending for 5 days and screwed up her account. Thank God her bank worked with her to clear it up. It angered me that I gave them this trip as a gift, stated to the manager that it was a gift, and they still messed up. I reached out to Hilton and got an email back with everyone pointing fingers at one another. Nobody was taking responsibility. I love Hilton hotels and stay at them a lot. I was told I would get a call from the manager and never got the call. Very disappointed in their lack of costumer service. At least the room was adequate for her stay

  Great location and spacious rooms.

  The hotel is a great place to stay due to proximity to downtown shops and dining, spacious rooms and free valet parking, which is a huge savings compared to other hotels. It's appears clean, seems to have a nice gym and free coffee/tea in the lobby. It is a nice hotel if your goal is stay somewhere reasonably price, clean and walking distance to everything. Important note to anyone wanting to stay here, bring your own toiletries if you don't like the refillable shampoo/body gel in the showers set up.
