  Lo encontramos de casualidad y fue todo un acierto.

  Muy recomendable. Habitacion muy espaciosa y limpia ademas con utensilios para todo. Lo encontramos por casualidad y es todo un acierto. Relacion calidad precio de 10. El personal muy atento y cordial te ayudan con cualquier cosa.

  Dirt and damage

  As Hilton Diamond members, we stay at a lot of Hilton properties and Home2Suites is one of our "go to" brands but this hotel was a great disappointment. The one thing that worked well and efficiently was the online reservation system. We were able to secure a room on the top floor. However, when we arrived, the room was dirty and the furniture damaged. I am attaching pictures below of the stains on the carpet and the ripped sofa. I did not expect that from a Hilton property, especially since the hotel is relatively new. The hotel was crowded in spite of covid, so we didn't think we had a lot of options to switch rooms. There was also a number of dogs we saw when we carried our stuff in, lots of big dogs in the lobby. I admit, it was relatively quiet. We were able to get rest. Parking was free and convenient. The hotel is easy to find and close to the freeway (10). We picked the location because of its proximity to "plantation alley" and cajun country. It's within a 30 minutes drive of Oak Alley, Laura plantation and Houmas house. Rooms were affordable (I guess you get what you pay for?) Interaction with the staff was fine, unremarkable but not a problem. I took away another star for the breakfast. I understand that we are living through a pandemic but most other hotels we stayed in during our drive through 7 states still managed to provide a satisfying breakfast, either by serving food to order or table side or setting up the food in such a way that guests can maintain social distancing while serving themselves. If this isn't feasible in a budget hotel, at least a variety of options should be included in the take away bags. I feel like breakfast is part of what we pay for at a Home2suites and a bag with water and a granola bar is not breakfast! Other Hilton hotels provide yoghurts, juices and even breakfast sandwiches to heat up in your room in their bags. With all the other options in the area, I cannot recommend this location.

  Home away from home.

  I have stayed here for most of the last 4 months and I must say aside from the ridiculous mandates by state and local politicians my stay has been excellent. The hostesses have always be kind and courteous. The only thing I can recommend to the corporate side is that Pools are disinfected to kill viruses and bacteria. They should've been open all summer. I look forward to spending the rest of my business trave with the staff at the Home2Suites in Gonzales, La.

  hurricane evacute from Lake Charles, Louisiana

  I evacuted from Lake Charles,Louisiana with my 86 year old mother and my daughter. Our stay at this hotel has been awesome. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping & maintenance were very accomdating, helpful and amazing.Mrs. Holly, Tessie, Dee, Preslea,Ms. Julia, Mrs. Maria, Mrs. Sara, Mrs. Victoria, Mrs. Griselda, Mr. Joe, Mr. Noah and Mr. David all have tremdeous help to our family. The room was spacious and comfortable. There are several restaurants nearby within walking distance. There are hospitals, pharmacies, and just about anything you may need nearby. We have been here over two months. I would recommend this hotel traveling with an elderly famliy member or special needs child.

  Mrs. Holly and the staff at Home2 Gonzales went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Your amazing experience starts from the moment you walk in. Upon entering hotel you are greeted with smiling faces, and spotless rooms. Would recommend staying at this location.
