  Training trip for work

  Everything was very nice, the only issue I had was that there was no stove. I could get a hotplate from the front desk but I did not want to deal with a hotplate. Had to eat out or use the microwave if I wanted a hot meal.

  Great job...

  Had a wonderful time just me and hubby, what's in a great location next to all of the stores shops movies, just needed to have a better breakfast selection, for people staying more than just two days.

  I had an issue with the hotel charging my card for my entire stay which prevented me form obtaining my rental car. I notified the hotel manager and we were able to get the issue corrected. I appreciate his timely assistance.

  Great hotel and wonderful staff!

  I stayed at this hotel for a couple weeks. The hotel and our room were very clean and nice. I was surprised that they had most amenities available, like the pool and especially breakfast.They had a decent selection of options for breakfast and the attendants were quick and very sweet. I was most impressed with their staff and the manager Nhi-Khanh. EVERYONE here went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, and were super friendly. I wish more hotels were like this and they set the bar high for customer service and hospitality for hotels in Frederick.

  Very nice hotel

  Stopped for a visit here in Frederick the room is large with a efficient kitchen 10 ft fridge, full microwave even a dishwasher. Good sized shower with a real shower head. Well lit comfortable beds 48 tv lots of counter space to do your work. Staff handled check in efficiently. Will stay again.
