  Excelente estadia

  Esta bien ubicado, es nuevo , trato cordial el almuerzo es tipo continental pero es mejor que otros lugares facil. Alberca y area de ejercicio , excelente por el precio que pagas. Lo recomiendo para estadias largas

  Guest was allowed to check using a canceled reservation

  Due to the stay at home order we cancelled our hotel reservations and it was used. The only way we knew of these charges was a receipt was sent to us via email. The front desk checked someone into the hotel using our canceled reservation for the same dates. They checked in with our name obviously the guest was not asked for any identification - all hotels we've ever been to have requested identification and credit card used to make the reservation. To make it worse we used our Hilton Honors friends and family account. For this reason I'm thinking it was an inside job. We disputed the charges with our credit company and canceled our card - there was still a pending charge from the hotel. We called the hotel and got the runaround. The last clerk said there were no records of the transaction. So please be aware of this hotel.

  If I could give zero stars I would

  Absolutely the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in , I would never suggest this place to anyone ! The staff was rude , the room was not ready on time and was also dirty still. Go anywhere but here if you want an actual decent place to stay !!!

  Not a great stay

  Stayed at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth South while traveling for Thanksgiving. Was not a great experience. I booked three rooms and had issues with all three rooms. One rooms toilet didnt work. Another rooms coffee maker was broken. And I am almost certain the last room wasnt properly cleaned prior to check in. The cleanliness seal on the door was already broken and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. I tried calling the front desk at approximately 9PM local time and could not get an answer. Staff was helpful and friendly but overall not a great experience.

  *Decent* hotel, still under construction..PAPER thin floors.

  Just got home from a stay at this property. We were given a room on the first floor. If you are sensitive to sound, DO NOT STAY on the first floor. Let me repeat: If you are sensitive to sound, do NOT stay on the first floor (or even the second) because the floors are paper thin. We thought we had an overactive kid in the room above us going back and forth so we moved after the first night. The second room was just as bad. I finally realized we had an anxious dog in the room above us because he paced back and forth the length of the room. He had to be a heavy dog because the foot stops were loud. I learned this is a pet friendly hotel for pets up to 75 lbs. I love animals but will tell you there is a limit as to when they should travel. There was a construction crew staying at the hotel with their big pickups so that made for tight negotiating in the parking lot.
