  Very sad

  I wish I could say this was a good review but it is not. To start, I booked their meeting room to host a baby shower for my daughter but I was completely saddened to find out the room wasnt even set up as requested, nor was it cleaned. On the day of the party I was told Id have ice available just before the event started but again no one there knew anything about that! Our room was supposed to be a suite with living room but instead it was just a regular room. It was booked for 3 people and when we pulled out the sofa bed for our son it didnt appear that they had put fresh linens down so we had to call for a new set.  The desk representative was very helpful and apologetic with the issue. Just gross in my opinion. Our bathroom was a complete hot mess we had hardly any toilet paper and a missing set of towels. The toilet wasnt even bolted down so it kept moving. The shower had mold growing in every corner and on the wall where there was to be shampoo and conditioner containers, one completely fell off and the other was on its way out the door. The pool area constantly had homeless people sleeping everywhere and at one point one of them kicked their shoes into the the pool. When I told the staff about the pool bathroom and how it was trashed from homeless people, no one and I mean no one went to clean it. I would think twice before booking a gathering or a room at this site as I will NEVER return there again.

  Will not come again!!

  Honestly, we were not the least bit thrilled with this place. My wife had scheduled their meeting room, for a baby shower for our daughter. They were supposed to have it set it for us, which they didn't. It was set up for a classroom...no table cloths, no tables we requested or anything. When we asked the front desk lady on Saturday morning about it, she almost seemed troubled by us asking questions. We had no ice set up or anything for drinks, as we was told it would be. When I asked the front desk lady about this part, she said she didn't have a clue about any of it so I asked for some buckets and I did it myself. The pool was decent but the worst thing about all this...they had homeless sleeping in the pool area and you can tell they also used the outside bathroom...NONE of this made it a family friendly stay!! It doesn't help to have a keypad on the exterior pool area door, when all you have to do is reach over the short door and open it...who did they think THAT would keep out? Unfortunately thru all this covid stuff, we still have to travel for work and Dr appts...Home 2 Suites, Tru and general Hilton is usually our choice...this place will most definitely be marked off the map. I feel with this whole meeting room thing, we would have done better at the Holiday Inn she had and we are really wishing we would have...we were really disappointed with all this. Even worse...we contacted hotel management about all this, they have never even bothered calling us!! Sad....

  Not Up to Par for a Home2 Suites

  So have been in many Home2 Suites over the years - like having the kitchen in the room to cook some simple meals. This hotel underwhelmed me: Pros: - lots of luggage carts to bring in your luggage - staff was responsive to my two issues - price was right Cons: - the bath towels were so small and thin - I thought I had originally grabbed a hand towel - the shower had a lousy set up - you got wet when you turned on the water - we had a one bedroom suite - the heater in the bedroom was so loud we turned it off - no streaming on TV? Come on - Marriott properties do this a lot better - went to the front desk twice for help - both times I walked to the back room to find her eating - room doors slammed shut - so many other hotels have figured this out already - how to close doors fully with them slamming

  Great hotel with good price and comfortable!

  The Home2 Suites by Hilton located in Fort Worth is a good option for your stay with breakfast, parking and wifi free! Comfortable, modern decoration in lobby and rooms, with nice gym and pool! Very clean and safe to Covid-19!

  Not Representative of Hilton's Brand

  Where to start? The hotel may say it's part of the Hilton family, but the Hilton branding stops at the name. Understandable this is geared for longer stays and has certain travel elements that make it a two star hotel, but the guest service lacks in a big way. What we've noticed is hotels all over are cutting corners citing Covid. This one is no different. They tout their extra cleaning protocols, but then list off things like clean counters and surfaces. Really!?!? Isn't that part of your everyday housekeeping? You'll have to practically beg the front desk to have housekeeping come in to refresh your room and even then, they won't come by to do that until around 4pm when you are ready to be back in your room to freshen up before dinner. And when the housekeeping attendant does show up, don't expect her to be polite. We needed a couple of minutes to gather our things and one of my kids was in the restroom. She shot me a look as if to say how dare we. Bath towels are like the size made for babies and if you want enough for all of the people in your room, head down to the front desk to ask for them because even though you requested that along with housekeeping service, that message won't be passed along. Breakfast service is another cut corner, and as a traveler with kids, this is a big downfall. There's waffles, cereal, some bread items for toast, and maybe yogurt. And perhaps you may get coffee. If you do, be careful because the to go kids don't fit the cups they provide. It appears they don't care to have a breakfast attendant to make sure things are replenished. There's no breakfast sandwiches offered, although there are microwaves available that advertise them. Pretty crazy that on a Saturday morning there was only one front desk agent and she was in charge of check outs, breakfast, and from what I could tell, checking in housekeeping staff. Front desk agents seem unequiped to deal with that and certainly not to a Hilton brand standard. I would have no confidence in them to rectify larger issues. Disappointing experience and definitely not what I would expect from a Hilton brand property. I knew at a 2-star property you sacrifice some features, but I was shocked that they also sacrifice the level of guest service. Would not stay here again and certainly not for what we paid. Better off staying in Fort Worth.
