  Excellent Long Stay Hotel

  This hotel is set up for long stay accommodation with well equipped kitchens and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of the facilities are kept in great condition and the whole place is very clean. There is no restaurant or bar on site, so it is nice & quiet at night. Lots of breakfast options, a large, clean lobby to relax in if you want to spend time outside of your room. The pool and hot tub are clean and temps are just right. Barbeques are located outside on one of the patios & are kept very clean. There are great laundry facilities. My only room tip is to get a room away from the breakfast area if you like to sleep in.

  Amazing!

  I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks for work. The suites and kitchenettes are fantastic. The only thing better then the rooms is Krishna the evening front desk guy. He's is the most friendly, professional and positive front desk person I've ever dealt with. Ever. Anytime I needed something(a pan with a lid, or couple little ramekins of butter) or had a question, I'd ask him and he was on it. Again. Best service from a front desk person ever. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Extremely Pleased With Our Stay

  We travel for business in Fort St. John frequently. This is the first time we have stayed at the Hilton. We loved it!!!!! The Breakfast is fabulous. Many choices! (Fresh strawberries, blackberries and blueberries for a fruit salad) The hotel is well appointed and the suites has simply everything you would need in them. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel also highlights environmentally friendly practices. This is very important to us. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

  Wonderful, absolutely wonderful.

  Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Breakfast is super convenient. I spend a lot of time away from home for work and this place makes it a little bit easier.

  Covid cleaning is terrible

  This is my second time staying at this property, The first time, the shower was built up with bacteria and I found someone elses mascara under the couch while looking for rogue socks, I let it slide as i was only at the property for three nights. I checked into this property last night late at night with three young kids, the recycling hadnt been emptied, the shower was filthy, there was tooth paste in the sink and the microwave was filthy, I contacted the front desk, told them the situation, they did say I could switch rooms, however it was 11 at night, I had travelled all day, and my kids were exhausted as was I. The front desk person said the house keeping manager would be contacting me today. Theres suppose to be extra cleaning in place due to Covid, which is why I picked this specific property to stay at for my eight night staying, now Im wondering if theres any cleaning being done.
