  Hotel con excelente servicio.

  Me encanto el excente servicio que le brindan a sus huespedes. Calidad de 100 porciento satisfaccion. El primer hotel que visito y tiene servicio de laundry gratuito para todos sus huepedes. Todo un exito ya que tipicamente mus viajes de negocio son de larga duracion.

  Horrible!

  I drive from NJ to Florida and back 2 times a year and usually stay at the Country Inn & Suites, but because I was in a position where I had to transport my dog, I had to find another property that accepted pets. I went on line and found the Home2Suites. The property looked clean, new, convenient & was pet friendly. I called the reservation line personally just to be positive that it was ok to bring the dog. I was assured by the corporate reservationist that it was fine. Just to double check, I called the actual hotel to speak to a desk agent personally and was told they had my reservation, quoted the price and told it was fine with the dog. When I got to the hotel to check in, the clerk asked me if I was informed that there was a $50 pet security deposit. I told her I was not, but I wasn't worried because I wouldn't be leaving the dog unattended & he is well behaved. All was well until approximately 1:15 in the morning when the smoke alarm went off. This was the first alarm. It went on and off approximately every 20 minutes or so up un til about 3:30 AM which is when I decided I might as well just take a shower and get back on the road. When I opened the glass door to the walk -in shower, I noticed all the long dark hairs left behind by the previous guest(s). It was a little disgusting to say the least. I wasn't very surprised however because the cleanliness & condition of the room left something to be desired (torn shade, bed had an off smell). Well, I got my credit card statement this morning with an $184.11 charge for my $116.00 quoted price. I understand the tax & other BS fees hotels add, but the "$50 pet security deposit" is actually a $50. non refundable fee. Besides being the absolutely worse hotel experience I've ever encountered, I am mostly p'd off by being blatantly lied to. If you have a $50 pet fee, tell the guest, don't lie to them. I will assuredly be sending a copy of this review to Hilton Honors, if this is how there properties treat their members, I will definitely be sticking with my Raddison Rewards programs.

  Clean Neat and very noisy heat

  The facility and room were neat and clean but the heater cycles too frequently and is noisy. No trash cans in the room and bathroom. I will not stay in this brand again. 200 words are required to publish this review. How foolish is that. One one two twpthree

  Not Clean!!

  Our dog caught fleas here. There was dog hair on the couch, and cleaning towel lint on major surfaces in the kitchen area. Housekeeping team here is beyond bad. How can we feel that the room has been cleaned to Covid standards, when basic housekeeping cant be accomplished. I dont think I can trust the Home2 Suites brand anymore...certainly not at this property.

  Excellent

  Spotlessly clean, large room with kitchenette that includes a refrigerator with a real freezer--great for refreezing the ice packs I use in my small travel cooler. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pet-friendly (with a fee). Close to I-95; bar/pub next door; gas station close by. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and will look for other Home2Suites for future road trips.
