  Great Place To Stay

  Short vacation with the kids to visit the Mall of America. Hotel was in a great location. It was clean and quiet. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was really good. Would highly recommend this location when traveling.

  located next door to the Factory outlet mall in Eagan , Mn

  It is a fairly new hotel located next door the the Eagan Outlet mall . shop till you drop . about 10 minutes south of MOA and the airport . there is a bus that takes you to MOA. or hotel has a shuttle van . Rooms are very nice have a full kitchen , studio suite . Nice pool area and BBQ for your use. nice outdoor patio area and front lobby area . but no hot tub , my only disappointment . nice breakfast area , i just wish they had real eggs instead of those sausage and egg muffin sandwiches . limited dining choices by the hotel but your only 10 minutes away from MOA and lots of dining choices . TGIF Fridays by the mall or Chevy's Mexican restaurant. are excellent choices . I would stay there again , watch for a good room rate

  A few odd things, but overall really nice! Great Kitchen!

  The staff were very friendly and talkative. The bathroom in our room was huge, which was awesome! The structure of the shower was super odd. We had to lay towels down on the floor to keep the shower water from running onto the floor, even though there was a shower curtain. Ive never seen anything quite like that before. Loved the bathroom itself, but that part was a headache! The kitchen is full-size, white cabinets which we loved, really nice! We also had a divider curtain that separated the pull-out couch from the king bed, which was a plus since we had our kiddos with us. Even though it was the same room, they had their space and we had ours - perfect! Parking at this location is interesting. Its not bad, the lot is just separate from the hotel. Again, just odd.

  Smoke and mirrors

  The overall experience at this hotel was good. Our room was clean and pleasant. The only negative experience was unforgivable. Upon entering the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. In this day and age, you never encounter this problem as there are no smoking rooms anywhere in Minnesota. You could even notice the difference coming out of the bathroom. We were disappointed as the management has to know this. This is the type of smell that is embedded in the carpet and upholstery and does not come with one night of smoking. The carpet would have to be removed to eliminate the odor. It is our fault for not complaining. We arrived late and didn't. It is too bad as everything else was great

  Do not go here!

  The room itself was nice however we were unable to sleep all night. A lot of noise from other rooms all night long. Children running the halls at 4am. Think it may be used for migrants. Room served the purpose for what we needed and the front desk staff was friendly at check in. Which all means nothing if you can't get any sleep.
