  Safe, welcoming environment, and friendly staff

  Home2Suites DuPont was the perfect place to stay for an extended business trip. Karen at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. She always helped with any questions or requests my team had. Levon at the Front Desk was always a welcoming friend even when everyone is wearing masks. The front desk obviously took extra time and care to make sure all shared items like dollys were freshly sanitized. Courtney the housekeeper always spent extra time and attention to clean our team's rooms. Thank you everyone at Home2Suites DuPont. From the maintenance staff to Lynn the GM everyone treated our team with kindness.

  Considerate and Comfortable stay

  We stayed at the DuPont Hone2 suites for an extended stay that included military training as well as our mountain elopement. We found the entire staff to be kind, helpful, and beyond welcoming during our stay. I got to know the staff during my stay and felt like I was welcomed into a warm family. Lynette helped me with some business needs and Karen is simply the kindest and most helpful ever! Additionally, our dog was known by name and warmly greeted in the lobby by staff and we enjoyed the area for her walk, which made the stay even sweeter. The room was spacious and had a well appointed kitchen, the laundry facility on-site was incredibly convenient, and the outdoor grills, patios, and fire pits made for cozy nights in out new world of avoiding public spaces. Great polices in place for distancing while still providing hotel services and cheerful information posters were available, adding levity to our stay. Would certainly stay again if back in the area.

  Ok, but....

  Room was nice, but COVID-19 has affected a lot. There is no maid service. There is no hot breakfast. I understand those things. The real problem came in billing. My reserved room rate was $124/day, but my bill had different amounts every day. Some higher and some lower, but averaging out to about @124 /day. My company didn't see it that way, and has refused to reimburse above the $124 rate. The hotel refused to correct the bill when I contacted them, and when my company contacted them. This is a terrible way to bill business travelers, and a terrible way to treat customers. This is not what I expect of a business hotel.

  Awesome stay!

  Everyone at Home2 has been amazing. The room is sealed when you arrive so you know its been deeply disinfected and they work with your schedule preference to come clean again. All the people who work here are so kind and lovely to talk to-especially Lavon at the front desk! He is so kind and this hotel is makes long term stays feel as comfortable as possible.

  Home away from Home

  I have been staying at this location weekly since the beginning of the year. All the staff is friendly and a huge shout out to Lavonne & Lynn for making us feel like family! It is always such a pleasure staying there and seeing you both! Thank you for taking such great care of us!
