  Book Somewhere Else

  If you are looking for a good night's sleep, look elsewhere. Apparently, wild parties continue throughout the night because management doesn't know how to handle them. When the front desk is called at 1 am for noise complaints, expect to be spoken to rudely, like as if it is your fault. I was forced to sign a form for my student athlete to promise to keep him quiet all hours of the night. Isn't it ironic that he was asleep by 10 pm yet awoken repeatedly by those staying above us.

  Don't waste your time here

  Theu wont tell you if something is out of order like the pool. Staff is rude breakfast is great if you're a Gerble. Do not stay here with kids, no breakfast options other than fruit. All glass dishes.

  Overnight Stay for Tournament Weekend

  Coordinated a booking for a large group, 20+ familes who were in town for a soccer tournanment. Property format was perfect. Great common areas where people could linger, notably the firepit on a cold February evening. Rooms were spacious and offered small kitchens, perfect for families with young kitchen. Only shortcoming was breakfast, which is always a problem with HOME2 properties. For some reason ,they INSIST on micorowaveable sandwiches and dishes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Management: just follow the Hampton Inn model and give us the platters of scrambled eggs and sausages.

  Clean and Comfortable

  Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Good place to stay. I like the location. I was in town for a quick connection with the University. Its not right on campus, but its close enough for me. Because of Covid, they had bag breakfasts instead of normal breakfast bar. Worked for me.

  Bed Bugs

  Stayed at Home 2 Suites in Coatesville, PA for Valentines weekend to attend a wedding. Husband was very itchy both nights, but didnt realize he had bites, just thought it was dry skin.. When we left on Sunday morning, I noticed 3 bug bites down my forearm, but didnt think anything of it, as I wasn't even thinking bed bugs. Woke up on Monday in my own home with more bites down my side. My husband has bites all over him, including his hands. Called the hotel today to let them know, spoke to Samari, who after I told her why I was calling and what room I was in, put me on hold, and then transfered me to the Asst GM's voicemail (Erica Morales). I will be calling corporate and I will be calling the PA Dept of Health to inform them. And I will NEVER stay there again... Now I have to worry about my own home because it's possible they are in my luggage or my clothes..
