  Should have stayed home, worst experience, unhelpful staff

  This stay was a birthday present/gift from my mom so my partner and I could have a night away to relax. We were considering this as an option for a guest block for our future guests to stay in August when we get married. Glad we came because I would never recommend people I love to stay here. The staff (4 different people) were unhelpful. Upon checking in, we were told breakfast would go until 10am on weekends! Great! I even said that would let us sleep in longer than planned. We didn't get much sleep because the window unit was extremely loud and drafty. The overall room was extremely hot but trying to turn down the thermostat just caused cold air to be blasted on my side of the bed. I had to sign a page long paper of rules to follow having my dog with us which others clearly did not follow and were not enforced. Several dogs in different rooms started barking at 6am and didn't stop. There was even one point that I couldn't come back inside from the cold/snow with my dog because someone else's dog was off leash and barking/growling at us at the back door. We were NOT informed that once things run out, they don't restock those items. When I asked the breakfast woman if she was going to bring out more waffle mix, she said that they don't restock these items after they run out if there is about a half hour left. The mix had been emptied and people were struggling getting it out in front of me in line since 9:15 that morning. She was very rude and then left until 10am when she even pushed passed another gentleman to close the curtain and then left again without doing any type of clean up or put anything away. I only saw her 3 times in the span of an hour. The directions to heat the sandwich items were confusing and not correct. By the time I figured out what to do (since the attendant was no where to be seen) the sandwich was still cold. I tried again with another setting (which was fun since the buttons were blacked out with a sharpie) and still had a cold sandwich. When checking out, I told the clerk again about the drafty window and the temperature issues and was told a manager would reach out to me during usual business hours during the week. It has now been one full week and have yet to hear from anyone.

  Awesome place to stay with awesome staff!

  This hotel is a must stay if you are in southeast Denver! Great location off of C-470 and easy access! The hotel management and support staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help meet your needs! Make sure to put this hotel on the top of your list if you are looking for a short or an extended stay!

  Decent basic hotel

  Needed a room for a few nights in highlands ranch. Room and hotel are clean, an important feature to me. Look at satellite image when picking your room. One side/end is quieter than the other, away from busy roads. Gave average score as things are a bit unfinished or unrepaired. For example tile trim pieces missing and shower door that stuck. Also had a hot to cold water shower shock. Location is good for access to the highway. Simple breakfast items met my needs.

  A respite in a snowstorm

  This hotel is perfectly located-only blocks away-for anyone needing a place near the Highlands Ranch UCHealth hospital and Childrens hospital. They had great clean rooms and a comfortable bed. I have gluten, dairy and soy allergies so the only thing I could eat in the breakfast was fruit. I found out later thy had gluten free bread but there was no sign to ask for it. They had oatmeal but I couldnt tell if it was gluten free(some are not). They also did not have recliners in the rooms so I couldnt bring my family member who was a patient in the hospital there after discharge for the next night as he needed to sleep in a recliner. I did suggest they Provide a couple rooms on the first floor that could accommodate recently discharged patients if they needed to stay close for a few extra nights. They did have a medical rate if the medical need is mentioned. If they had more accommodations for dietary restrictions and rooms for newly discharged patient needs Id give this 5 stars.

  No service in June

  Stayed in June, hotel is open it should provide proper cleaning and sanitizing of rooms yet they use Covid virus to not!! No services fro 5 days which is way too long, had to take out our own garbage, ask for towels and coffee and toilet paper at front desk twice. I can understand every other day cleaning but NO cleaning at all, no taking out trash and replacing towels for 5 nights straight is way too much time! No breakfast, just yogurt and coffee if they could provide this they should provide a breakfast especially since all restaurants are open in the area. Not worth the price at least discount the price due to no amenities, no housekeeping, no breakfast. If there going to be open then they need to provide proper housekeeping and breakfast.Also loud, women yelling in lobby at 3 am, another night fire alarm went off at 5 am, thin walls you can hear everything, don't expect quiet nights sleep here.
