    Very nice

    Stayed here with my husband and six year old. It was very nice and clean. The hotel seems very new and has a lot of amenities. The grab and go breakfast was a little lacking but I understand there are limitations with covid. The water pressure in our shower wasnt very strong, but that issue was minor. Id definitely stay again.

    Covid Complacency

    Overall, and under pre-Covid conditions, this establishment met the mark for being a nice hotel. Nice size room, which was clean and well appointed. Everything in the room worked fine also. Staff was friendly. But there were quite a few people within the indoor public areas who were not wearing face masks. This made me uncomfortable . I chose this facility based on its good reviews and its commitment to following Covid 19 protocols. To quote the company's policies and initiatives: "All United States properties require face coverings in all indoor public areas for guests and team members. Travel looks a little different right now, but our priorities remain the same. We are still committed to providing you a safe and relaxing hotel stay at all our hotels around the world. That commitment starts with looking at our services and processes to take steps to deliver the safest and most enjoyable experience possible." Unfortunately, the face mask requirement was not being enforced at this entity and thus I was not provided with a safe and relaxing stay. I had a friendly chat with the manager of the property and he assured me that he will bring this matter up with the staff to make sure they are aware of the situation. To sum it all up, if you don't have a problem being in enclosed areas, elevators included, with those not wearing face masks, of if you don't want to wear a face mask yourself, you would probably find this place appealing to you. If, on the other hand, you prefer to do what's recommended based on the scientific evidence regarding Covid 19 to protect yourself and others, I suggest that you steer clear of this hotel.

    Staff without masks! APPALLING

    We chose this because it is advertised as masks required in the hoteleven staff in public areas. When we encountered the evening desk manager, DON, walking around the public reception area without a mask, we were very upset. When I asked him directly about it, he gave a lot of attitude and continued his duties, walking around without a mask. There are signs all over that masks are required in the hotel. This behavior is very upsetting, as we have been so careful to protect our health. Then to be confronted with this lack of consideration for guests is appalling. Hilton must investigate this immediately.

    Clean and Comfortable!

    Had a very nice stay here waiting overnight for an international departure the next morning. The place is immaculately clean and excellent Covid protocols in use. Might I suggest a bottle of hand sanitizer out each elevator when guests are pushing buttons. I forgot my two Apple USB power blocks and the hotel assisted me in recovery after I left. It wasnt reasonable to use Ileftmystuff.com because they were more expensive than the items left behind. I simply emailed staff with the UPS shipping label and received my power blocks soon after my stay. This Hilton Gold Member appreciates the service! We will be back soon.

    Letting neighbors be as loud as they want late into the night

    As my daughter and I were falling to sleep at approximately 10:00 pm, people moved into the room next door. They immediately turned the tv up to an ungodly volume and they started shouting at each other. I notified the front desk asking them to have them dial it back so we could sleep, but they either did nothing, or did something that wound up being amazingly ineffective as the noise did not abate at all. Now it is 10:50 and there shows no signs of the noises being abated. Was told by the front desk that there was nothing else they could do. So, I guess if you want to stay in a hotel with a party atmosphere with people shouting all night, this hotel is for you. If you just want a night to sleep and relax, please, stay anywhere else. There are loads of other hotels in the area for the same price. Additionally, the head board on the side of the bed nearest the window was in bad shape, chipped and looked really seedy and gave that part of the hotel a very fourth rate feeling. It also didnt seem like the employees cared much about enforcing the mask rule as a significant number of people were walking around the lobby not wearing masks.
