  Couples Getaway

  Valentine's Day getaway. We choose this location because it wasn't far from home, near a variety of eateries including grocery store. Suite have lot a room to move around in. The kitchenette was a plus.

  This stay was for my parents after their home burned.

  The over all stay was good. Parents were very satisfied with the staff and the helpfulness and care of the staff. Pleasant suroundings and the handy items availability. The rooms were nicely furnished.

  OK STAY

  The rooms at this hotel were nice but being so close to the highway (freeway), was definitely the down side; really noisy! I guess I am old school but seeing the front desk staff with caps and hats on their heads, no name tags, and no uniforms, took away from the professional aspect. One could not tell who was working there and who was not. The very few breakfast items and location of the so-called buffet, left a lot to be desired (even if free). Finally, the tv had no guide letting you know what was playing on any channels so you had to scroll through every channel one by one to see what was playing. Also, the internet connection was extremely poor. Sorry, I tell it like it REALLY is.

  Hotel property/guest services review

  We have an extended stay at this property. Very clean hotel and guest services provides excellent customer service. The one thing missing (due to Covid precautions) is the hot breakfast. Grab and go just isnt the same! Cinthia goes above and beyond with her expertise in custodial duties of cleaning our room daily. Shes very thorough, polite, and takes additional steps in sanitizing and disinfecting the bathroom and kitchen area. I highly recommend this property. Although its location is off the highway, we did not hear any excessive noise.

  Nice Hotel

  We stayed at this Home2Suites in March just shortly before the entry to the US was denied for all people arriving from Europe due to the COVID situation. Therefore we had to cancel our 8 nights stay after 2 nights. The hotel did not waive any early departure fees which we appreciated as no one saw this happening that soon. We really enjoyed those 2 days. The 1 BR suite is spacious and with well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with walk-in shower and the bedroom has 2 comfy beds. Breakfast was good, although it was not refilled 1 hour before closing time and therefore ran out of some items. All in all we had a short but good stay and hope to be able to return in the near future.
