Home 2 es un hotel novedoso que me gusto!Ahorro de energía y agua, buen servicio, decoraciones y mobiliarios novedosos y cómodos son las cosas que me gustaron de Home 2 en Columbus GA.. en realidad de todos los hoteles de Home 2 (que son prácticamente iguales)

We will not be backWe stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. We we arrived, the room was hot, the TV did not work and the refrigerator wasnt working. When the reason you stay is the full size refrigerator and it is not working, I was very disappointed. Upon leaving for the day, we mentioned the TV and the refrigerator to the front desk. They said they would check them. We returned that night and both were not working. My husband pulled out the refrigerator and it was not plugged up. HOWEVER, it still did not cool and the freezer even stayed warm. Very disappointing. We mentioned both again on Sunday morning. We returned that evening and at least the lady told us she had checked the TV and it was a direct TV problem. Needless to say, we had no TV and no refrigerator/freezer the entire weekend. The people we mentioned this to were nice, but nothing was ever done to fix the situation. They just said, the hotel is full, we are doing the best we can. I do not feel they had enough staff working because our towels that we put outside the room on Saturday that were to be replaced outside our room were never replaced. My husband had to go down to the front desk with several other customers to receive the towels. Upon checkout on Monday- NO ONE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK. We had to ask a housekeeper where to return the keys. This just confirmed to me that we will not stay here again. We will be coming to Columbus at least once a month as our son is stationed here. We will go elsewhere.

Customer serviceI had a problem with my key and needed towels and Toni was working on something else, and stopped what she was doing and fixed my key and got my towels without hesitation..Thank you for your great assistance...

STOLE MY MONEY!I give it a ZERO! This had always been my favorite hotel in Columbus until last month. I walked in and asked for a ONE night's stay. I did not even plan on staying that night. I only needed a room for a moment but I understood that I would still have to pay for one night. The room was $131.44 for one night. Cool. Within the next week, I checked my bank account and the hotel charged me $131.44 TWICE. I called the hotel and they told me there was a luggage left in my room so they ASSUMED I wanted to stay another night. I told her that couldn't be possible because I didn't bring any luggage because I never planned to even stay there the night I paid for. The lady told me they would look into it and she would call me back. She never did. I called again and she told me the same thing again, she still never called back. I decided to call corporate and explain my situation. The woman I spoke with told me they should have never charged me twice and they would be in touch about a refund. A few days later I received an email stating that they would not refund me my money and there was nothing corporate could do about it. I called again and RAISED HELL. That's when they decided to give me my refund. Ridiculous. I was pissed because you never ASSUME with someone's money. It could've been easily handled. They could've even checked the cameras to see I didn't bring luggage. But no one cared to handle this situation. Whatsoever. I will NEVER stay in a hotel by Hilton EVER again. Corporate also sucked because they told me they couldn't override the decision. CORPORATE can't OVERRIDE? I call BS.

Great stayFront desk person at check in charisma was excellent. Room was clean but needs a little updating. Overall great experience. Thank you Mark for the great food recommendation. I will be back whenever my travels bring me back to the area.
