  Do not believe the cleaning stickers on the room doors

  The positive: the front desk greeting was pleasant. The rest: Our room was not clean. Due to medical concerns, I wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant wipes. While I was wiping down the room, I found 4 sticky spots. One spot was bright red, the size of a drink coaster. One sticky spot was in the bathroom. The entryway floor to our room was sticky as we walked in. The handles to the appliances in the room were not clean. The kitchen counter had numerous, small crumbs. Our room was an adjoining room. The couple next to us were just talking at a normal volume, but we could hear every word. The room did not feel private due to this. We went downstairs to request a new room, but another guest was changing his room because his assigned room was also unclean. He complained of garbage left in the room. When we heard that, we left for another hotel. When we checked in, the gentleman remarked that we were the second couple to check in with the same story. The rooms have stickers on the door that say the rooms are cleaned with Lysol. Nice touch, but I recommend that you verify the cleanliness of the room. Also know that the walls and doors are quite thin and all hallway noise travelled into the room quite easily.

  So much room!

  My friend and I (two ladies in our 60s) stayed here so we could visit the Dublin area. This place is amazing! The room is so big and comes complete with an apartment sized fridge, dishwasher, and so much counter space. It also has lots of outlets. A curtain can divide the couch/tv area from the area where the beds are. The beds were very comfy, not too high either. The pillows are fluffy but dont go flat. The shower stall is huge and shower gel and soap are in dispensers in the showers It was a real treat to stay in this hotel.

  Fine hotel, disappointed in breakfast and pool

  This is average hotel. We had king bed with sofa bed. We used the sofa bed for our two little kids. There wasn't sheets in room for it, so had to call and they delivered quickly. It was a bagged breakfast, which was fine but this is why it is average. There are other hotels who have figured out how to do a hot breakfast. We stayed hered to go to the zoo, which wasn't far at all. It also was close to some hiking at Indian River Falls. The only other item we didn't like was finding out on our second evening you had to sign up for a pool time and all the times were booked prior to us leaving. Since you are able to check-in using digital key, you miss how it works at each hotel. A nice sign in lobby elevator areas would be nice to help set expectations. People did a good job wearing mask in lobby. Employees wore it under nose at the desk, not showing the best example. They did dress very professionally here. I appreciate the stay, overall average hotel for me.

  Great place!

  Our room was large, clean, reasonably priced and the staff was friendly. The breakfast choices were very limited due to the current pandemic so we elected to eat at a Bob Evans just down the road. The hotel was in a good area an close to the Columbus Zoo which was the reason for our visit.

  Safe and Comfortable

  We stayed here during this whole pandemic ordeal. We were not crazy about staying in a hotel in this season, but we took a chance based on what we found online about this hotel. We loved our stay. My first impression came when I found a seal on the door that the room had been sanitized and then sealed. The room was immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful even when the booking was done incorrectly (they had my last name as my first name and vice versa). It is located to Bridgepark in Dublin which is becoming a real hotspot for the Columbus area. We ate at The Pearl (a Cameron Mitchell restaurant) and had a wonderful time.
