opiniónHotel cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado, desayuno americano incluido, aunque a veces los huevos estaban congelados. Habitaciones amplias, silenciosas para un buen descanso, con cocineta y nevera. Buen servicio.

Amazing Service & LodgingFrom the time we set foot in the hotel to the time we left, we were complete satisfied! The hotel was clean and spacious, decor was modern and appealing, the parking lot and all areas were well lit. Beds were comfortable and kitchenette was well stocked. Due to COVID-19, there was only a bag breakfast but that was understandable and the contents satisfactory. Great customer service from staff and highly recommended to anyone traveling for business or pleasure!

Avoid this placePoorly maintained and not clean. Landscaping not maintained. Stained and dirty carpets in hallways. Stained and dirty carpets in room. Room air conditioner noisy. Bedding inferior. Pillows inferior. Doubtful this place would not pass a Hilton quality inspection.

Business trip - Poor handling by GMMyself and a colleague stayed at this hotel for 8 days in August. When we checked in, they were very busy due to a hurricane further south that people were getting away from. The room was decent, but a few issues: Urine stains on bathroom floor, lavatory faucet was very loose on sink and moved every time i touched it. Lavatory had hot and cold reversed. TV remote was not programmed to the TV, Telephone did not work (informed later that none of the room phones worked any longer), there was a box of opened condoms in the dresser drawer, the lavatory cabinet drawers were dirty and on a couple occasions, there was a dog barking in an adjacent room for hours. Due to the hurricane, there were no other rooms available to switch to, and due to Covid, room service was never completed on my room in over a week. I do not like to complain typically, but i do inform the management so they are aware and can address it. When i was checking out, i let the General Manager, Ms. Person know of the issues as well as the fact that the elevators were dirty, and the floor i was staying on had trash in the hall the entire stay. She argued with me and said she saw it being cleaned just yesterday, to which i pointed out the trash that was there for over a week. My main issue was the lack of accountability the management took. Ms. Person said why didn't you change rooms when you checked in then? (perhaps since there were no other rooms available?) I understand that in these times of limited travel and additional requirements related to COVID that some services have been reduced or cut, basic business survival, but to blame the guest for your failings seems like you are not really in the hospitality business. I have to travel extensively for business, I will be rethinking my choice of staying at this property in the future. As an additional point, i did try to contact Home2Suites to let them know my issues directly, i do not want to bash the good people that may make their living at this hotel, but after being on Hold for 25 minutes, and then being told the department i need to speak to was not answering, i gave up.

Skip this hotelOlder hotel needs refreshing. Also probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts Ive ever had. I know you can try to blame COVID for cut backs and changes, but no excuse for a bad cold bagel and horrible pre packaged boiled eggs as the highlight of what they offer.
