  Excelente hotel!

  Si vas de viaje, recomendable totalmente. hotel bueno, bonito y barato!, siendo de la familia Hilton, tiene garantía y puntos... así que no hay nada que pueda una criticar. Los felicito. Además tiene dos buenos restaurantes en frente y el mall para las compras a unos pasos.

  Not one employee is wearing a mask

  We had to verify that Illinois has a mask mandate because when we checked in, the employee wasnt wearing a mask, we went to get more towels and the girl handing us towels wasnt wearing a mask, today a guy dressed in a suit handing out breakfast wasnt wearing a mask. We called the Hilton 800 number to confirm that even though this hotel has a plexi glass barrier by the desk, they are required to wear masks and they are required to wear masks, apparently all 3 employees choose not to. Because I completely cleaned this room myself, we will finish our 4 night stay, but have already canceled our next week reservation and really hope another hotel chain in this area takes the pandemic more seriously. We are Hilton Honors Members and have a Hilton Charge card, due to the excellent safety measures that we saw at Home2 in La Crosse, WI. Apparently it isnt an across company standard, just La Crosse WI. Very disappointed in Hilton!

  Helpful Booking our Room

  We have not stayed yet but went in to see the rooms because we have an upcoming stay. The staff was so, so helpful and kind. The rooms looked great and Teresana was so helpful explaining the rooms and getting us what we needed. We ended up booking and I am sure the stay will wonderful!

  Great staff, super clean hotel

  I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was very impressed and next time I'm in the area will stay at this hotel for sure. The rooms are very large and I even received a tour of the whole property from the front desk staff which was very nice of them

  Several Issues Means I'll Stay Elsewhere Next Time

  Staff was great. Plenty pf space in the room. TV good, shower good. But... Maintenance issues abound. Lightbulbs missing; elevator sounds like it's a death trap; condensation dripping from bathroom ceiling vent; god-awful, infrequent industrial noise (like a very loud "pfft-bang") that would occur at odd times including middle of night. Woke me up two nights in a row. Front Desk had no idea what it might be. Definitely from outsider my room area. Perhaps some piece of hotel equipment that would "relieve itself" at random times? Truly jarring and loud. And this morning, fire alarm system went off errantly at 4:45 am. Finally, the bed was crap and the sheets even worse. Sheets were thin, too small and should have been tossed a year ago. Mattress unacceptable and worn. I would not return there--even in the absence of the noise--because of the bedd and bedding.
