Relación calidad precio buena El desayuno está decente pero no hay mucha variedad y cierra demasiado pronto. A veces no se repone el desayuno La piscina lleva un año prácticamente sin poder usarse por la temperatura. Debería tener una temeratura agradable por ser climatizada y sin embargo está helada

Outstanding Front Desk Customer Service
My family traveled to Charlotte for a wedding.. I normally would not use a third party but the prices were affordable with Booking.com... When I arrived at 11:30 pm late checkin, I was greeted by Maleek... he noticed a problem with my reservation... had me contact Booking.com in regards the problem .. Maleek was able solve the problem and got us to our room as fast as he could, keeping into consideration our long drive from West Virginia!! He kept a smile on his face and was extremely respectful!! The room was great and the young lady with braids was super sweet when checking out... All staff we came in contact with were super nice...Being a ex Hilton employee I was very impressed.. Clean hotel... great front desk Staff especially Maleek... Only one issue I had was with the shower... no water pressure!! Other than that we'll be back! Best regards Rhonda Badilishamwalimu

Dont stay here with other options right next door!
I have been at this hotel for one out of two weeks and I cannot recommend this place! They turn off the hallway lights to save electricity! They have been out of paper towels since my arrival on 12-7 and still dont have any for an extended stay suite hotel. Breakfast on the go is coffee (sometimes) and bottled spring water and a frozen biscuit if you arrive in time. The internet is out and the front desk refuses to unplug and plug the router back in to see if it will reset and then get rude when you complain. The only bright star these past 7 days has been the evening clerk, Will. Thanks Will and dont let others make you lower your standards to fit in!

Expected more from a Hilton Property
I stayed at Home 2 Suites while in Charlotte on business. I was in room 314... not a great room as it was above an area that was a hang out for families that were talking until 1AM. I was also awakened by traffic on McCullough, it seemed like a quiet street but I was mistaken. Children were running up and down the hallways until all hours. The elevators were dirty and the trash was overflowing by the elevators. Even though there were signs that masks were mandatory in the lobby I rarely saw anyone wearing a mask other than the front desk help. When returning to the Hotel at night, there were people partying, tailgating in the parking lot playing loud music. Didn't feel real safe. Overall a huge disappointment.

Superior property and staff performance!
Like many of us, I've held off on "fly away" vacations due to the pandemic. But, I finally went ahead and this property was my first stop on a series of stops. The hotel is in a nice part of Charlotte outside of the downtown core and I can recommend it to other travelers. I visited in mid-September 2020. Arrival: It shares a large parking lot with another hotel chain but there was never an issue with having a close spot or having space to park. As a Hilton Honors member, my digital key was ready on the day of arrival and they have contactless procedures down very well. Plenty of signage noting that masks are required of ALL guests and that capacity limits in the elevator are required. There are two elevators. Room: I greatly appreciate the enhanced cleaning and sanitizing steps that Hilton properties are doing. This is making me prefer staying with these properties even though it costs a few dollars more. The door seal is an added comforting touch. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and performed exceptionally well. The sofa was firm, the bed was medium firm, the bed and bath linens were in very good shape, and there was plenty of space for everything. The use of a curtain as a room partition sustains the open floor plan and was a nice touch. The full-sized fridge, microwave, and dishwasher are all great touches for an enjoyable stay. Bath: My room had a shower-only feature and I'm good with that. The water pressure was a bit low so a maintenance check of Room 508 may be in order. Talking with other guests made me think that only my room was having such an issue. I reported it to a cheerful Mr. Alfred on the way out on my last day. If I was staying more than 2 nights, I would have had it addressed during the stay. Breakfast options: Due to COVID, they were only offering individually wrapped breakfast sandwiches and coffee. After the first day, I refused the sandwich more for the fact that they are very unhealthy in terms of calorie count and fat. But, I appreciated that there was ample coffee for guests - if I've given coffee, I can conquer the world, including finding a better breakfast outside. Housekeeping: I tend to bring a spare pair of white socks to wear in the room to both test the cleanliness of the carpet as well preventing dirt from being tracked into bed. I'm happy to report that my socks were largely clean after two days so this is a testament to exceptional housekeeping. Please keep up the great work! Front desk: A special compliment to Ms. Andrea B who worked on the weekend. She hustled to refill the coffee carafes, provide another guest with requested new linens, and she rushed to provide a mask to a young lady who thought that the mask requirement did not apply to her while she looked at the breakfast sandwiches. That young lady realized her flub and scampered away knowing better. Overall, this property is well-run, welcoming, comfortable, and in very good shape. If you're traveling through Charlotte, this would be a fine base to explore or to rest overnight.
