  Clean, newer property, friendly staff and a great location from Antietam

  The property and rooms are well maintained, clean, and it is fairly new. Rooms have a kitchen and separate sitting area, quite spacious. The staff could not be more friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The pillows were fiberfill and the sheets, were ok, but the room with kitchen was well equipped.

  Get away weekend

  Nice new hotel, with spacious rooms and great staff. Midsized refrigerator, kitchen area and microwave in room adds value to already competitive rate for the area. Close to casino, and downtown Charles Town was a pleasant surprise. Nice outdoor spaces, close to plenty of fun, and taking active precautions for COVID. Breakfast is also above average

  Beautiful Hotel

  After leaving the same hotel in White Marsh Md which was the worst ever, this was a welcome sight. Tara Orndorff has always kept both Home 2 & the Hampton next door, in great condition, but in these trying times, she & her staff have outdone themselves. You could eat off the elevator floors. That is how clean this place was. How we wish we had been here all week! We were pleasantly surprised that there was a breakfast served. While not a buffet as usual, but several of the normal choices, fixed for us by a very pleasant lady. From our arrival to our departure, there was nothing that we can say negative about anything. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, & again, very very clean. We have traveled extensively all over the country & a few beyond. In all types of hotels, this one truly is right up there with many of the 5 star, ultra expensive ones we have used. Love it!!

  Best stay!!!

  We had the absolutely pleasure of staying here for 10 days and in a month we stay for 50 days. Right when we walked in they had toys waiting for our daughter...fantastic after all saying flying! Our room...extremely clean and comfortable. We put our trash out since covid has changed how rooms are getting cleaned and they always came and got it and gave us fresh towels and linens. Our daughter absolutely loved the pool. Extremely great location too!!! Very helpful staff!

  Not impressed

  We normally stay at the Holiday Inn $92 when we are in Charles Town. The Home 2 Suites hotel is normally over $200 so when there was a deal for 143 I tried it. I dont think it is better than the other hotels in the area to justify the money-$163 total with tax.
