    Buen hotel en costo beneficio, la alberca no tiene calefacción, el agua esta muy fria, parece en las fotos que tiene jacuzzi pero no tiene y el desayuno no es tan bueno; las habitaciones son buenas y el servicio tambien...

    Nuevo con muy buenas instalaciones, muy céntrico y el desayuno gratis lo abren puntual a las 6:00 am, además de café de cortesía todo el día, su personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que requieras

    Horrible experience

    The rooms were not super clean and I could live with that but the three days we were there every single guest service assistant was extremely rude. They messed up our name and we couldnt log into the wifi and it was if we were asking for their first born. My keys wouldnt work so they had to keep replacing them. The days we were there no one came to clean and we had to ask for more towels, again asking for blood. The breakfast was very basic. Bagel and cereal. Nothing special compared to the McAllen homes2 we stayed at for the first half of our trip. If I knew we would have so many issues with the Brownsville location I would have drove the hour difference to stay at the McAllen location. They were so clean, breakfast was amazing, they went above and beyond. In Brownsville we also were charged twice $21.38 and another charge $22, when I asked what it was for the only answer he gave us was that it was the deposit for the room but that did not add up to the $50 deposit charge. We didnt buy anything from them and still never got that money back. It was a horrible experience. I will not be back! I wont blame homes2 all together. I just think this Brownsville location was horrible.

    Great Experience

    The room was everything we could want, useful kitchen, spacious, etc. Hotel staff was excellent, kind, friendly and helpful. My son & I stayed for a week, and had a great time. Breakfast was also very nice. If I had a complaint, I would say that the pool was too cold. Very little sun in the pool area in the afternoon, and the water was just too cold. Otherwise perfect, please get a pool heater because we are coming back!

    Nice BUT Guarantee NOT Honored

    There was a dead cockroach in our suite. My sister took the attached photo, went down to the front desk and asked that it be taken care of. The young man on duty said that they would in the morning since the maintenance guy already left for the day. The following day came & went, dead cockroach still in our suite. Went back down to reception and repeated our request. This time a maintenance man removed the dead cockroach within the hour. We asked about the "make it right" guarantee (photo from laminated suite posted below) but reception said they wouldn't honor this since I prepaid for the room. We we in Brownsville for our younger brother's funeral! We had funeral expenses to pay for, of course we wanted to get the least expensive rate which was achieved online. Additionally, we were told since we prepaid through a third party, the hotel could not honor any discount for disable veterans. Due to Covid-19, we didn't have access to either the fitness center or the outdoor pool. #Home2Suites #HiltonBrownsville #Covid-19
