    Great Location

    Picked this hotel for the price and the pool but we never got to the pool. It was clean, the staff was friendly. We were visiting family in Hamilton this was the best value for what we were looking for

    Clean and Friendly

    The hotel was clean. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable! The staff was Super Friendly! Tasha checked us in and she was very nice! Nadine checked us out & I want to recognize her. Nadine went above and beyond the call of duty! After checking out and already on the road, I realized I left sensitive documents behind. I called and spoke with Nadine. She was so caring and understanding. She found the documents in my room and had them mailed to my home that same day. She is a keeper!

    Honors Members - Find another Hilton

    Manager of this motel insists on charging me for a reservation that was canceled 2 hours after it was made. I received a confirmation cancelation email, when I canceled. Credit card charges came in today, charged $115 for late cancelation fee. I made the reservation at 7:38AM and Cancelled it at 9:30AM. Cancelation was made, but I stayed in another Hilton 20 miles away because it was more convenient for my business needs. Called Hilton Honors to ask why I was charged. They called the manager of the property and they refused to issue refund because the cancelation was too late. If they had told me that when I tried to cancel I would have kept the reservation and travelled the 20 miles the next day. Instead they let you think it is canceled until your credit card bill shows up. Hilton Honors has vowed to make it right, but I will never stay in this property, the manager here is unreasonable. I held a confirmed reservation for less than 2 hours and this manager thinks it is fair to charge for the full stay. They never provided a receipt of any kind and even after charging me for the room didn't issue the honors points that I certainly paid for. Any other time Hilton Charges me for anything I get an emailed receipt, But not here they just charged my card and hoped I wouldn't notice. Then when I do catch it, they refuse to issue the refund, saying it was canceled to late. I believe in the end I will get a refund from Hilton Honors, but this manager has wasted enough of my time that i felt it should be shared with other busy business travelers. If you stay here watch you invoices and hope for no billing issues, for my their are way to many Hiltons to even consider this place. The Hampton Inn Newtown in Yardley is Only 20 miles away and they seemed to value the repeat business of a Diamond Member.

    Keep driving

    I have stayed at Home2 before and appreciate the value. However this hotel has cut enough corners that it's no longer on my list. The microwave in my room was broken, (figured that out at breakfast), and the TV remote was not programmed for the TV (figured that out when I was already in bed). Dishes were stacked in the dishwasher. I was told this was a COVID protocol so I would know the dishes were clean) I'm not sure one this has anything to do with another, since people routinely put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, don't they? The luggage trolley they offer is just a little dolly like from an airport and didn't hold all our bags, not something we usually have to think about. Breakfast did not have a cereal and milk option, or any milk available (but you could purchase it). Coffee was available. The pool was open too. King size bed with 3 pillows, not 4. Two sets of towels in the bathroom. Finally, the toilet paper and facial tissue is about the same as what you would find at a Pennsylvania rest stop, not what I expected at this level of accommodations. There are many options in this area, pick something else. - This was a room I reserved on Chase "points" so I did not get a refund, although the management apologized and gave me 10,000 points back, they also comp'ed the pint of milk I bought for $4. Still, I wouldn't go back.

    Modern and nice but cleanliness issues

    Let me say I loved everything about this place and our room except the cleanliness. Our room obviously hadnt finished being cleaned when we moved in. Straight away noticed sticky stains all over table, major surfaces were not wiped down and still had fingerprints and grime (drawer handles, tables, phones, fridge, bathroom - gross). Such a shame because its a really nice layout and modern furnishings!!! The lobby and all shared areas were spotless and sanitized regularly. We were too tired after a long journey to deal with complaining and changing rooms so we we wiped the whole place down with Lysol wipes that we always travel with. The next day we got some bleach and sprayed down the bathroom. Housekeeping completely dodged our room for an entire week. Obviously with a family in a room the floor needs a vacuum but we couldnt even get that! The manager was nice but better attention to cleaning needed in the rooms. Covid is not an excuse and honestly should make cleaning of the highest priority!
