  Great experience

  Clean rooms friendly staff ! Beautiful efficiency kitchens! Comfy beds. Couch was unfortunately stained and a bit gross looking. Shower liquid wall soap while very eco friendly in thought smells so strongly of chemicals the soap itself I doubt to be very green. I think most people would appreciate a slightly less fragranced option especially with how many people have allergies and skin sensitivities!

  Great hotel quiet location

  If you like a quiet area to sleep and walk your dog, this place is fabulous. The grounds are lovely and there is an office park surrounding the hotel with beautiful landscaping and a pond. I walked my dog around the entire thing and enjoyed the scenery. The room is very nice, new and clean. My requests about first floor room at first was overlooked, but then I was asked upon check in if I would like first floor, so I was upgraded to a suite. This dog friendly hotel is kept clean and the grass is clean too. This hotel is not close to shopping or restaurants, but since we used the kitchen, it didn't matter to us.

  Disappointing

  We stayed here the night of 8/15 and there is very little positive to report. We checked in and chose our room online but upon arrival we were told the room type we requested was not available because there was no one to clean it. When we got to the room, it was not even a suite, which was the point of staying at this hotel. We were only given two extra pillows when we requested three because we were told there were only two extra pillows available. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was either full blast or nothing. The room was mostly clean, but there was something sticky on a chair and a dirty bowl in the kitchen area. Mask wearing and social distancing in the hotel were not enforced. We were given a small carton of milk at no charge. The front desk attendant was doing her best, but they clearly dont have enough staff to provide adequate service, cleaning and maintenance and should not be accepting guests until more staff can be hired. We are Hilton Honors members. In fairness, this was sent to them first, but we did not receive a response.

  Amazing staff!

  The whole staff were fantastic during our stay but Paige at check in and Marbry at check out really stood out! Those gals are stellar! We'll be back for them alone! We also loved the split up pool hours. While the fam had other plans and we didn't make it to the pool, that's such a great idea!

  Top notch!!!

  I can not say enough about this hotel!!! We spent the most amazing week there! This hotel was exceptional in every way!! The staff was so inviting and friendly... we really enjoyed talking to all of them! The rooms and lobby were spotless... and we appreciated the additional steps taken to sanitize each room. The atmosphere and amenities available were everything we could ask for and more.... a nice pool area, workout room and our favorite the patio fire pit!! Id not hesitate to stay again when visiting the area!
