  Overnight stay for business

  Staff was great, always smiling. Didn't get much sleep as there is no ceiling fan so we heard every car driving by. So request a room on the other side, not street side. Overall, the place is great. Lots of amenities and great location.

  Great Customer Service

  Hotel very nice and clean and the Staffing people are very respectful. What I really liked is that they are a Smoke Fee facility. The rooms are beautifully equipped with a Kitchenette, a desk and a refrigerator.

  Always a joy staying here

  Perfect place to stay while traveling for business or pleasure, it was a pleasure staying here, the other guests were friendly and even had a barbecue with total happy strangers, can't wait to return and bring my family

  Great hotel

  Everything at this hotel is great, all personal it's so nice and we're pass at great experience in this hotel and I recommend for every body, I travel a lot and I go to use this hotel's in the future,

  Great location - not as clean as you'd expect for the hyper-emphasis on Covid Pandemic - there are plenty other hotels

  I love Home 2 Suites and as a 30 year Hilton customer, was surprised to experience this property. The General Manager (Marco), who was roaming the property in casual street clothes and not wearing a Hilton name tag or in business attire, did not present himself as an employee of Hilton, yet attacked my 18 yo son for being in the elevator area with his tshirt pulled up over his nose. When I saw this and asked who he was, he told me he was the GM, Marco Lopez, and was asking us to leave the property at midnight with no refund. We went to our room and there was no follow-up but this was surprising, as I have had no negative experiences with sub-par Hilton Management over the decades. Folks have all dealt with Covid differently but professionals do not make irrational decisions based on personal beliefs, in corporate America. The irony is that for a GM and night desk staff as confrontational about masks on the property even if more than 6 feet distanced and not in the general areas such as the lobby, the rooms were not as clean as Hilton properties usually are. The interpretation of the CDC guidelines was missed along the way and I'll stay at a different property in the area next week - there are plenty to choose from. Hope this helps...
